I hope it becomes free for a ''Limited'' time because theres no way i'm able to get 750k until the event ends.

 

it took me a long time to get 183k.

i also lost 60k because of the R* server problem :sneaky:

what level are you? If you're above level 50 and that's all the money you can make. you're playing the game badly. add me if you're on xbox and i'll help you.GT: sangsational

Assuming you're at least Rank 37, you have access to the mission 'Covenant'. It takes roughly four hours of grinding to make $750,000 but you have two weeks to do so.

i'd be cool to get the Roosevelt for free, on the other hand though, seeing every player with the same car is sorta groundbreaking, and the car loses its "special" value, i don't mind not getting it, it's probably best this way. PS i have the money to get one, i just don't find this a priority right now

I'm so glad I test drove it on story mode before blowing the cash for one online.

 

Same here. Besides that it's not really my kind of car. It looks rad and all, but I prefer the Z-Type over it.

The second thing that came to my mind was that it would not be free because players could buy 20 of them and then sell them when the price went back up. If I had more garage space I might buy it, but I like my current cars too much. I'm not going to cave just because it's a limited edition. There are already 3 other limited edition vehicles and I get by fine without them as well. What will eventually happen is, all the limited edition stuff will be unlocked to purchase again after several months of being locked. Then you'll hear the complaints about how you were supposed to get it exclusive, when in fact, you did get it exclusive for a certain period of time.

I bought mine yesterday before the servers borked, I now have $9000 left. Time for some Rooftop and Coveted grinding to get dem $'s.

The car itself is pretty sweep imo. Seeing 6 players dressed as mobsters/flappers screaming past in an all-black Roosevelt while being chased by the police was one of the greatest things I've seen in theis game.

UPDATE: Roosevelt is not going to be free so stop asking. If you want it better buy it or you wont get the opportunity to do so in the future!

I won't be purchasing any of the content as my character does not have enough cash and I refuse to buy cash cards. I simply don't play gtao regularly enough to amass large amounts of money, free dlc isn't actually free for more casual players if you look at it that way.

 

 

although the cars expensive you can buy the suits wiht 2 runs of rooftop rumble, as its now on the jobs menu its dead easy, just stick it on hard, run it 2 or 3 times and youll have a neat lil 36-50k to spend on suits and a tommy gun...

 

i did 30 mins on RR last night and banked nearly 200k, which was the amount is spent on suits and dresses and guns for both my characters (bought all the new clothes, fully equipped both guns.)

 

 

although ive got enough for the roosevelt im still not sure about buying it, particularly cos i kinda want a ratloader to and only have 1 space in my 2 garages (2 characters)...

But if i'm barely broke and only lvl 30 i'll never be able to buy it unless i spent REAL money or else i will never get it?

 

well, hopefully they release it as dlc later.

People, it's so easy to get money, if you want to, play for an hour a day, just repeating the high paid missions, if you don't make a mil in a week then you're playing wrong (for the purpose of money making.... there is no way to play a game wrong)

i wanted that car so badly, but 750k ?? since the cashwipe i am sticking to my 500k like a newborn to his mama! i dont wanna be broke, i dont wanna spend money. how come that a GAME makes moneyspending harder than REALLIFE ?? guess i'll have to glitch again, but i will NOT buy cashcards! never again! not as long as its like that!

Will it be free, if not how will I purchase this?, I spend all my money on ammo to grief & kill other players in free mode. Guess I'll just have to buy cash cards to buy this & any future DLC that Rockstar will release, I wonder how many cash cards I'll need to buy the Apache, Hydra or police vehicles when they become available?. This sucks Rockstar... Rarr, gredy B'sturds :sarcasm:
