It sounds like that's not what they mean, but I would find it highly illogical.

 

Do you guys know how to read English correctly? It will be AVAILABLE, not free. You have to buy it. There is no free, the only thing free was the DLC bundle.

Considering that R*, about an hour ago, officially announced that GTA Online Valentines Day Massacre Special is now available I believe nothing will change come tomorrow with the exception of special crate drops and RP boosts. It seems fairly obvious to me that the Roosevelt is a shark card ploy as it's a limited time offer with a hefty price tag.

How do i get the Roosevelt for cheap? Right now it costs 700.000, and i've heard you can't glitch it modified from SP to MP, ( well you can, but can't store it in the garage ) - does it work tomorrow or have i need to pay for the mods, and maybe the car?

At this point it seems unlikely that it will be free tomorrow, but I'm gonna wait just in case. I'll spend today dicking around with the Ratloader.

 

So now that Coveted has been buffed to $18k, that's only 42 runs. 42 x 5 minutes = 3.5 hours. No problem.

I suspect it won't be free and the price will remain as is until it's removed (or maybe they keep it up for sale). It would cause too much of a controversy to make it free as those who payed it would have been screwed over. Also let's face it they want those that can't afford the car but really want it will have to buy cards and this is something Rockstar wants.

 

I can't afford the car and I don't really care to be honest, not that much of a fan of the 20/30's era especially when it comes to cars. I have bought all the clothes though and the gun plus I am looking forward to trying the jobs et al.
