Although there were some nice shots in the video, I find it SO annoying that you were just shooting at random people driving around or just leaving LSC.

 

I'd be pretty pissed if I just got randomly sniped for respraying my car.

but thats the point of the sniper... to provide covering fire for people down on foot, IRL you dont really see snipers running through a base sniping as they run. I remember in Halo i was rather efficient with the Sniper and in team matches would do just that, stay further behind providing cover for team mates who went in after the flag

 

But i can understand why people dislike snipers, they can bug the sh*t outta me on this game too haha

Each to their own. I snipe a lot when I play online. I do other things as well, but many times I've spent a hours on rooftops, just picking people off every now and then and then moving on. I may only get a small number of kills, compared to going down to street level with a closer range weapon, but I enjoy it. It's cathartic. In fact, it's the most cathartic gaming experience I've had since Spiderman 2 on the PS2, where I could swing round Manhattan for hours without doing anything game related. It was just fun to me, as is sniping.
