Is it just me, or that little blip above players heads always on now?

I can see that little circle above peoples heads from like two blocks away now! Gonna make it even easier for Buzzard pilots to spawn camp me now... Got a giant target above my head. Before, you had to press down once in the D-pad to get it to show up in Free Roam, now it's always there. Anyone else notice this?

Personally I see more positives with that change. I want to locate playera around me easier, tired of looking at the radar all the time.
