It will just spawn.

Alas poor Mechanic, I knew him, GTAF. A man of infinite entertainment, of most excellent incompetence. He hath borne my golf club on his back a thousand times and how abhorred in my imagination it is.

 

I will miss him as one would miss their closest enemy. This world no longer has its punch line.

Before -I HATE THE MECHANIC SO BAD HE IS A HUGE MORON AND HE NEVER DELIVERS MY CAR!!!!!

 

Now -I will miss him. He was nice to deliver my car. I hope he is in a better place. Why they removed the mechanic?! WHYYY!?!
