Grievers will simply withdraw all money with secondary character and just go grieving while broke. Also the fee should be 2K or more for GOING OUT OF YOUR WAY to kill someone who wants nothing to do with your violence.

Passive mode works only while on foot, when you enter a car it is not passive mode anymore.

Not going to make much difference, the $50 is nothing. I am not sure there can be an overall solution to the problem.

Passive mode works only while on foot, when you enter a car it is not passive mode anymore.

 

You still show that you are in passive and most pacifists will quickly jump out of the car after they shoot you. I'm sure you'll see 4 guys in passive hanging off the new Rock in Passive griefing players by jumping on and off the running boards.

To clear up confusion, or add more, the patch notes also said the passive player would get charged the other persons bill for killing while in passive mode. I was guessing this was related to being in a vehicle.

Funny, its says im in passive, it shows me as passive. I even have the option to turn off passive.

Know what that means MR Smarty pants? Im in f*ckIN PASSIVE MODE.

 

 

Thats why when i kill someone while in passive mode it auto shuts off in 10 seconds..

Yeah, passive mode needs tweaking. I had a few ideas:

 

- killing someone starts a realtime 5 minute delay before you can use passive mode

- cars driven by other players go through you, water hose from firetrucks goes through you etc

- you can't be killed in your car

- no weapons in car, and trying to run over someone will make you go through them

- killing someone in passive gives bad sport

I guess the last one I stated is partially fulfilled? Eh
