I noticed some people talking about how they will leave cash with an alt while they go out to get their cheap-ass pussy kills on passives.

 

This is a very good idea and one I will do when I go out hunting for those very same people. This way I can explode their PVs and not pay for it.

I really don't get what R* is thinking when it comes to this besides taking bad feed back from newbie players. Its like they never think things through. Just like tanks not paying insurance. Who comes up with this sh*t?

 

Making people pay doesn't solve the actual problems.

 

I can get into my super car, turn on passive and go trolling and it will cost a player well over $10 000 to stop me. Does that actually make sense to R*? Cause it seems to make sense to players here, they seem to love it...lol

 

Players still use insurance and BS as a shield which can be countered by being broke. Same will apply to this new passive fine.

- Passive mode becomes unavaliable for 1 minute since the last time a player fired a weapon or made a melee attack. Either that or using a countdown to activate it during which you can´t fire but can be shot at.

(to stop people going passive in the middle of firefights when things get ugly for them, and forcing people to turn on passive in peaceful areas).

 

- Passive mode means you can´t shoot from cars at all.

(to stop passive players getting inside a car and start shooting straight away).

 

-Passive mode off countdown going up to 20 seconds.

(so players can only leave passive safely in a peaceful area).

 

- Passive mode means you can´t be shot inside a car. Also they don´t die if their car is destroyed by explosives.

(to stop people harrasing passive drivers).

 

Then you can add big punishments for people still finding ways to kill passive players without worrying to be protecting an asshole using passive to their advantage in fights.

They did think it through. If a player is in PASSIVE mode then they cannot be passive while in a potential weapon, such as a car.

 

What you want is god mode. And that just stupid.

 

Edit: tell you what, join me in a free roam session, I will be in passive mode, you cannot shoot me, I cannot shoot you, I will be in a car. Let's see how many times I run you over before it annoys you. Oh and if you sit on a roof/ledge then I'm trolling you as you cannot do as you want in free roam...

1. To not be able to be shot on foot or in a vehicle

2. To not be able to be blown up on foot or in any vehicle

3. To be able to kill other players by running them over, crashing into their vehicles causing explosion etc, which doesn't result in any damage to your player, but can kill said other player..

 

Yeh, not god mode at all...

 

If you want a true "passive mode" then when in passive mode you can only be on foot. Simple.

Drowning, hit your head when you fall on the ground (the water is like a punch),

and it's cold, so your nipples and balls become raisins, I guess the characters lose all their dignity once the balls shrink to a certain size, thus they just commit suicide
