Go into your single player four car garage (I used Franklin's) and The Albany Roosevelt is one of the cars you can Drive. It's a specialty vehicle so you access it the same way you access the Elgy and Beach Bum vehicles.

 

I also see no reason you can't bring it into single player before anyone else.

 

This car is fun!

 

 

Also: Big news for us PS3 users. We can now load game saves even after we have been online!

That's weird... I don't have it listed in my garage, i tried it with all 3 characters, what am i doing wrong? I have the patch.

Zed: Go into your garage and walk towards the front until you have the special car menu thing car up, select it and off you go...???

 

I didn't get a pack either, was already there.

I just went into Michael's extra garage in SP and chose it from the special vehicle menu.
