Update 1.10 has arrived and brought some good news.

The Ratloader is storable and can be purchased on the in-game internet website "southernsanandreassuperautos.com" for FREE.

The Albany Roosevelt is on the in-game website "Legendarymotorsport.net" it is not priced yet and can not be bought with the "internet #s glitch"

But sadly the "Internet #s glitch" has been patched, now we will have to wait all the way until forever, TOMORROW.\

Thanks for the info mate! Perhaps it will unlock tomorrow? Btw I am still on update 1.09. I am in-game now and cant see a way how to update.

I'd heard the ratloader's handling was sh*t. Only when I tried it for the first time then did I realise just how sh*t it is. Almost unbearable

 

Does good burnouts though.
