Alright, lets get a list of what has been removed, fixed, stopped, or patched, below.(ex. Tanks, SP>MP, LSC money, etc.)

-A new E-mail app has been added to the Online cell phone in the top left corner, probably for the up coming "Dangerous Business" DLC.

-The Player blips now have an arrow on them to tell you weather they are above or below you.

-A small change but they removed the female scarf from the "necklace" menu to the "scarves menu".

-Call Services: Airstrike now cost only $8,000.

-All Valentine's Content (Clothing, Guns, and Cars) are Online but still cost, and MAY be FREE tomorrow.

-In single player, the infinite loading screen glitch, when manually loading a save, has been patched

-The Rat Loader and all of its mods are free until the following Title Update.(The end of February).
-Valentine’s Day DLC items are all available to purchase in GTA Online right now until the end of February and once acquired they're yours to keep in your inventory for good.
-Icons added for races, deathmatchs etc after you do a mission/job to help distinguish them on the voting screen.
-Auto lock on missiles STILL work.
-"Auto-equip Armor" option has been added.
-The "Passengers" access option for vehicles - it basically lets anybody else get in your car but not be able to drive it, and it kicks other people out of your car once you get out.
-The replay option for hosted jobs from the online tab is now COMPLETELY gone. Can't spam square/X, and on the job select screen replay can't be highlighted.
-"Purchased" vehicles have a resale value.
~Stolen vehicles max at $10,000.
~You can sell cars bought BEFORE 1.07
-Sentinel is now class Sport, no longer coup.
-The in-game internet is a bit faster while loading up, this is because "feels" that they have fixed the "Lagswitch SP>MP" glitch.
-You can no longer call any Pegasus vehicle if you are under the required level.
Player below Level 70 can no longer call a Tank from Pegasus. It'll give you an "Unavailable" message if you select the Rhino Tank below Level 70. It is the same case for the Buzzard & Annhilator.
-"Teleporting" Glitch has been patched.
-Added Surfboards from the Surfer onto the Paradise. The screen of it on SSA shows it with a rack of surfboards on top now. Definitely weren't there before.
-Nerfed the race payouts a few hundred bucks, but increased the RP.
-The Clean Rebel & Rumpo CANNOT be stored.

-The "Police Siren" Glitch has NOT been patched.

~This is when random police siren can be heard in freemode and it can be really hard to find the (empty) car. Something to do with police cars not despawning when their sirens are on.

-The "Collector's Edition" Vehicles have been removed from garages if the player did not have the "Collector's Edition"; This includes the Khamelion, Hotknife, and Carbon RS

-The "Crate Drop" glitch has NOT been patched.

~This is where because some player has entered the green circle, the crate will NEVER drop.
-The "Helicopter Headset" Glitch has been patched.
-The update also has 10 new Jobs across a variety of modes. Here are details on a few of our Valentine's-themed faves:
~"Shotgun Wedding" (Team Deathmatch): The title says it all. Small-scale Deathmatch around the church in Paleto Bay that’s locked to shotguns. It’ll be a lot less bloody than divorce.
~"Property Values" (Deathmatch): Forget about love, nothing’s going to break your heart like the price of real estate. Free for all Deathmatch on an unaffordable cul-de-sac near Mirror Park. Look out for the sniper on the grassy knoll.
~"Creek" (Parachuting): Nothing says ‘I’m in love’ like throwing yourself out of a chopper with up to seven other idiots. A steep dive, almost skirting the side of the Raton Canyon, gliding into Cassidy Creek.
~"Vinewood Tours" (Race): Who needs love when you’ve got booze in your belly and stars in your eyes? Lap race for cars and bikes taking in all the tourist sights of Vinewood and Rockford Hills.
~"Motorboating" (Sea Race): A good motor-boating is all anyone wants for Valentine’s Day. Take your love for a trip around buoys and over jumps to the North of Mount Gordo.
~"Heart Breaker" (Bike Race): Make your feelings known by carving a love heart into the Grand Senora Desert. Hills and jumps in this mainly off-road lap race for bikes on a heart-shaped track.

-The Crew Emblem on the Merryweather Mesa Off-road has been fixed.
~It is no longer side ways on the door it is correctly placed on the hood now.
-The Merryweather can NO LONGER be sold at LSC.
-The Spare(Oprah)Wheels and Trunk can be removed from the Roosevelt by choosing body style 00 in a save or hex editor.

-NOTHING will be "FREE", except the Ratloader during the DLC event. I do find it kind of odd that for 1-Roosevelt, 2-Tommy Guns, and all male & female clothes it cost almost 1.2mil exactly what a $20 Shark card it worth
-New $50 Whale Shark card introduced worth $3.5million in-game.

-Collector's edition vehicles obtained through a DNS are still available on the in-game phone internet.

-The Roosevelt will sell for $450,000 stock(unmodded).
-The Albany Roosevelt's Hex Code is 0x06FF6914.

-The Albany Roosevelt's Hash Number is 117401876.
-You cannot place iFruit:LSC orders for the Roosevelt, it shows up as a Buffalo on the App.
~However, I have found a way to use the iFruit LSC app for the Roosevelt. The Rosevelt won't show up on the LSC app but a Buffalo will show up in its place, but with all of the correct modifications. So if you have use the old "charles method" to change the plates on your vehicles then this will be a lot easier. If not here is a link to a tutorial on the "Charles Method": "http://www.se7ensins...1-all.1052881/", the only difference it that the orders wont go through because they are for a Buffalo and you don't own one in that parking space, because that's what the app thinks the Roosevelt is, So once you place those (2)orders you will need to edit the 2ND one, and change the hash(#1 to117401876. If for some reason it fails, you will need to edit the 1st one and try again, and you can repeat this until you are satisfied(2nd>1st>2nd>1st>2nd>1st...).

-The "Lose of Insurance" Glitch has NOT been patched. Causing the random lost of a vehicles insurance causing unwitting owners to permanently lose the vehicles and the money invested(not isolated to slot/space #1 anymore, either.). So, if you have hard to replace vehicles make sure your drive it out of your garage and do not use the mechanic, this way you can press "down" before you get it to make sure it still has its insurance.

-A NEW "Silencer Glitch" has arrived. This is where your silencer on some weapons will always appear back on the weapon when you start a new session, no matter how many time you remove it at Ammunation.

~It is R*s reponse to fix a glitch where people could not keep any attachments on the CE weapons, they'd have to go get them every time they started a session.
Another example of R* fixing one thing, just to brake another.(Although I would rather have it stuck on, rather than off).

-The Extended Mag Glitch is STILL semi-active. It is affecting some player but not all anymore. The "Silencer Glitch" is more prevalent and was caused by trying to patch this "Extended Mag Glitch".

-North Yankton is accessible in Online, again.

-NEW VEHICLES in next DLC; Turismo, Jester, Huntley, & Alpha coming on next DLC:

-Twin Turbo does work with NOS.
-The Mariachi Tornado, the Space Docker, & the Blazer3(Trevor's "Hotrod" Blazer), can't have NOS, but the twin turbo may stick.
-It seems that any vehicle that CANNOT have the horn or wheels changed(probably only the Horn is relevant here), also can't have NOS.

Running around different levels of the Olympic Freeway this course will challenge all aspects of your driving. A strong octo-theme runs through this race: as DrAtomic1 points out in the description, the track itself is 0.8 miles long, and the maximum number of players is, you guessed it, 8.

~"Dirt Track Derby" Creator N8thok

While there are hundreds of Jobs arranged around the horse racing track in the Palomino Highlands, we picked out N8thok's effort due to the considered placement of obstacles and pickups around the track that change this from a simple lap race to a white knuckle derby. With 16 players jostling for position, the slightest nudge could force you into the back of a burnt out bus, or off the track entirely. Masters of the art of drifting should be able to nail the curve corners and slingshot their vehicles into the straight sections. Final positions in the race will be decided by inches, the smallest mistake could be fatal.

~"Observe and Race" Creator The_Gemte

In this one, 3 quick laps of the circuit leading up to the Observatory have been laid out using a variety of barriers to make for a very fluid and natural race. Overtaking skills will be put to the test as the only straight comes in the form of a narrow tunnel section where race leaders can easily defend against drifters. Corners will be your only option to snatch the lead, so aim for the racing line, brake late and hope for the best!

~"Getting High and Low" Creatro El_Cactus

Precision is the name of the game in this high octane motorbike race along the narrow dirt paths just above Cassidy Creek. Maintaining control of your ride is absolutely essential as overhanging pine bows could take you out at any moment. Go easy on your first run, the corners come thick and fast and the only way to win is to make the fewest mistakes. Anyone reaching the end without spinning off the path and falling into the creek below at least once should be pretty pleased with themselves.

~"Through The Grapeseed" Creator LoveLikeJazz

As Creator LoveLikeJazz describes it, this is a "lengthy lap race around Grapeseed with lots of long stretches and a few tricky turns. Watch out for those Sandkings, they think they own the road." Also, watch out for the stretch that goes the wrong way up the Senora Freeway, adding an extra element of danger to each lap. Avoid oncoming traffic to gain the advantage over your fellow racers, and keep an eye out for some spectacular crashes.

~"Sandy Shores Circus" Creator datwista111

A "simple race", belying the difficulty of the 45 degree turns around Sandy Shores town that will send cars criss-crossing each other all over. There are a few extra features of this race that really make it stand out, including crashing through a fence and into a resident’s garden and a final straight that results in a high speed jump straight into the Alamo Sea… just the thing to cool down screaming hot engines.

"Enjoy the best switchbacks in Blaine County with this winding off-road race up and down the hills of the Grand Senora Desert." A long and winding race that was selected for the unique way it allows players to drift down several dirt roads on the hills of the Senora Desert. The latest real-world homage to get a verification nod is this impressive take on Germany’s famed Nurburgring. -SP vehicle > Online:
This is to glitch a vehicle from SP into Online.

-1-Go Online.
-2-Make sure your spawn setting is set to 'last location'.
-3-Go to the LSC parking lot(anywhere works but this is easy to do).
-4-Go to the game store and wait for it to load.(make sure the yellow/gold circle has started and finished otherwise exit the store and choose the game store again it should finish this time.)
-5-Pres PS button and sign out,(or disconnect Ethernet), press x(a) and let single player load.
-6-Drive the desired car to the same LSC parking lot and park where you had been in Online.
-7-Sign into PSN(xboxlive) and wait @5sec once signed in.
-8-Go to Online>Invite Only Session.
-9-You should appear in online very near LSC, go to the LSC parking lot.(or wherever you left in Online.)
-10-The vehicle from SP should now be in the LSC parking lot exactly where in was in SP.

~This is where you pull a gun out in the store near Sandy Shores across the street from the LSC, and when you do this you'll get 2-4 wanted stars. So you run out get in your vehicle and drive into LSC, losing the cops and gaining 200-400rp each time.(Do not point your gun at the clerk if you want to do this quickly.)
~There is another version of this exploit, where you Rob the store, drive into LSC, drive out and go to the game store and exit or just switch sessions, and the store will be open again and you of course repeat.(This gets you @$1200 and 300-400rp, each time.)

-New Duplication and Mega Money Glitch(no wait time):

Tips:

(Seems like after all of your original bicycles are gone and you begin using the newly purchased ones(bought after 1.10)then prices went down. Some people are getting $100,000+, some are only getting $10,000 after using the original 3 bike, but even odder some people can continue indefinitely.)(If you have already sold the vehicle then you will get @$100,000. If you have NEVER sold the vehicle before(no dupes of the vehicle) you should get 50% of its total value) and (if you originally purchased the vehicle it will be worth a lot more then if you had duped it from someone else.)

~Get into the vehicle you want to duplicate or sell.
~Park the vehicle close to your garage.
~Have your "friend" put sticky bombs right in-front of your garage door.(@ 3-4ft out from the door.)
~Now have your "friend" get into the vehicle you are duping.
~Now go back into your garage.
~Then get on a bicycle and ride out.
~Now have your "friend" kill you as soon as you come out.
~Now have your "friend" get out and you get into the vehicle.
~Then drive into your garage.
~Now leave your garage and drive far enough away to call your mechanic for a delivery.
~Then call your mechanic and request the same vehicle you started with.
~Now get into the vehicle your mechanic just brought you and drive it back into your garage.
~You will now see that your original vehicle is back in its original parking space.
~You can then sell the duplicate car.
~Enjoy and repeat.(This can be immediately repeated because it thinks that each time it is a Newly Legitimately "PURCHASED" vehicle you are selling.)

-Rob Security Vans without Getting Wanted:

~Follow the Security Van closely.
~Squip a "sticky bomb" and throw it far to the left, in mid-way up the reardoors(not actually in the door, just left of them)
~Back off to a safe distance and activate the bomb
~If done correctly nothing will happen to the van, the door will be intact, BUT the money bags will be left behind
~Enjoy the money with no cops at all.(This trick will work Off and Online as well)

-Leave your vehicle running when you exit.

~Get in your car, wait for the engine to start
~Get out, punch air, get back in
~Wait for engine to start, get out.
Took me a couple times but your engine and lights will stay on when you leave. Worked best with the Roosevelt in my testing.

-Start an "Invite Only Session" from Online without "Leaving Online":

~When you are in an Open Session Online Pause the Game.
~Go to "Online" and choose "Content Creator".
~Once "Content Creator" loads Pause the Game and go to "Online"
~You will notice that the options in "Online" are like in SP.
~Choose "Play GTA Online" and then "Invite Only Session"
~Enjoy, this method takes half of the time as Leaving Online" and coming back on.(Check the video for proof)

-Hot to get to North Yankton in Online(2 people needed):

~Start Single Player,
~Pause the Game and go to Game>Replay Mission>Burying the Hatchet and load it,
~Once it loads, play it until you get to North Yankton,
~Once in North Yankton drive to the first building on the left and stop,
~Have your "friend" start and invite you to an "Invite Only Session",
~Accept the invite, and let it load,
~Once you are back into the session, get a helicopter,
~Once in the helicopter fly to the south of the map, left of the airport, right of simeon's port warehouse, in the ocean,
~Once you see North Yankton fly to the spot where you parked and land there,(the reason for this is that not all of North Yankton is solid and you can fall throught the ground and into the ocean below),
~Once you have landed, Enjoy!(you can have your Mechanic deliver you a vehicle in North Yankton, just make sure that the street is solid for @a block in both directions.)

-How to store and insure any (NON-BLACKLISTED) Vehicle:

(2 people needed):
(This is a difficult glitch, the key is getting the trigger pushed fast, which is why my step 6 is important.)

(Can even store & insure other people's Personal Vehicles)

~1~ Have your "friend" outside in the "Super Car"(so it doesn't disappear),(it can even be their Personal Vehicle)
~2~ Go into your garage,
~3~ Now get inside the Vehicle in the slot you want to replace with the "Super Car" in,
~4~ Once inside the Vehicle you will be replacing, go onto the mission list on your phone,
~5~ Then pull up the in-game phone and go to "Quick Jobs" and select "Random Race"(Press once on the mission so you are on invitation screen),
~6~ Ok, now hold right trigger as far as you can without driving forward,(This is the step that makes or breaks this glitch.)
~7~ Now tap X/A to active the race and immediately accelerate(press R2/RT),

(You shpuld hear the garage door open, before you go into the sky to load the race.)
~8~ Once the rave screen is loaded, press O/B then X/A to get out of mission startup screen,
~9~ Once you have quit the mission, you may spawn inside your glitched out garage, run outside and enter the Vehicle you are trying to store,
~10~ But if not, then make your way outside(your are inside your very glitched garage, now run inside the Premium Vehicle you are trying to store,
~11~ You should now glitch for a few seconds then you will drive the Vehicle out of the garage(in animation), now drive it back into your garage,(it may not allow you to if it is someone else's "Personal Vehicle" it will say it CANNOT be stored because it is someone else's Personal Vehicle, IF NOT YOUR DONE, ENJOY)
~12~ If it was someone else's "Personal Vehicle" it still works, but you may need to go into your garage on foot and drive ANY vehicle out and back in,
~13~ Once you are back in your garage, your New Personal Premium Vehicle will be inside your garage ~OR~
~14~ it will say that your "Personal Vehicle" has been destroyed, and your need to call MMI and go pick up your New Personal Premium Vehicle,
~15~ Enjoy.

(If it will not appear in your garage then you must drive away and call it for delivery from your mechanic.)

 

-SOLO Insure ANY Vehicle in your garage -OR- Rearrange and Insure Vehicles in your Garage:(I used a Blazer for this tutorial.)

~First walk outside of your garage, leaving all cars in your garage,
~Now find a bus, or any large vehicle that you CANNOT store,
~Then park this vehicle right against the garage door, and exit vehicle(you will automatically enter garage),
~Get on Blazer(or in the Vehicle you wish to insure),(any vehicle that is allowed in garages can be insured this way.)
~Then drive outside(you will spawn on the Blazer, somewhere outside of your garage,(Mors will tell you that your vehicle destroyed and is lost because it was uninsured.)
~Now drive far enough from your garage that you can call your Mechanic for a delivery,(but DO NOT call him yet.)
~Once you are far enough, use your phone to purchase a Karin Rebel, for $3,000,(If you DO NOT care to sell this Vehicle you can use a FREE Vehicle.)
~Now call your Mechanic and request delivery of your Rebel,(There is no need to wait for delivery of the Rebel to your garage.)
~Then imminently drive the Blazer into your garage,
~Now you will be standing in your garage without the Blazer,
~Once you are inside your garage without the Blazer, walk outside until you are far enough away to have a Vehicle delivered,
~Then hold 'select' to bring up the "Interactive Menu", and request PV delivery,
~Enjoy your Newly Insured Vehicle.

 

Tips:

 

It may take more than 1 try, check your Mechanic's List to make sure your vehicle is "Destroyed" before you replace it, or it can be lost. It took me 3 times of driving in and out of the garage before I got the "Your Vehicle has been Destroyed" message from MMI. Also you can use a "FREE" vehicle instead of the $3,000 Karin Rebel, if you will not wish to sell this vehicle later.

 

-Store Any(NON-BANNED) Vehicle SOLO:
Very much the same as the others just an few extra steps at first:

~Get inside of the Vehicle you wish to store'
~Then Pull up your phone and call Emergency Services(Dial "9,1,1"),
~Now request the "Police"
~Once the police arrive kill them and park the vehicle you are trying to store as close to the police car as possible(But also kind of close to your garage[close enough to run to the vehicle before the glitch ends].),
~Now exit the Vehicle and enter your garage,
~Once you are inside of your garage do the "Store Any(NON-BANNED) Vehicle Glitch(above).

-Save the Monroe and the JB700 for the SP Mission "Pac-Man""

~Start the mission "Pac-Man" from a game save,
~Then kill Lamar & destroy Monroe,
~Now hit "Retry", you will be on foot now & LSC will be open to customize the Vehicles,
~Now head on over to LSC & change a few things on the Yellow Monroe you are delivering to Molly
~Then take over as Trevor, get out of the truck & blow up the trailer with customized car on board,
~Now do not retry & then exit mission,
~Once out of the mission, go to Police impound & the Monroe will be waiting for you,
~Now restart mission again,
~Once the mission starts, do everything until you are Trevor, driving the truck and trailer up to Molly,
~Then drive up north to the Gas station at Beeker's garage(which is like a LSC),
Tips:

(The Police will be on you lightly & continue to spawn one at a time, just a problem when you stop moving. The whole time you can bring up your phone in the truck so the blinking SWITCH TO FRANKLIN will not annoy you,[Once out the truck it goes away, just do not walk or drive more than a block away it fails you.])
(The whole goal is to get inside the garage with the JB700 so when the battle ends, you will be in there with no wanted level for a few seconds, then fail it by blowing up the trailer & the last car you had inside of Beekers garage should be at the impound waiting for you, but this has only worked @10% of the time, it is very hard to do I recommend buying the Jb700 if you have money.)
(I did it so many times over & over trying & failing i almost gave up, but it is confirmed.The guns do not shoot outside of the mission, it is the same command as you firing your regular guns, so it has to be a program thing for missions only.)

~Now to get inside the garage, prop the door open as you park the whole rig aligned with it, tow the rig inside and get the tow truck stuck, try to keep it all straight(Trevor sometimes gets lose or struggles, and it fails you),
(You should now have the rig in reverse back facing the garage so when Franklin jumped off he was right there to go inside,
~Once you can get in the garage, then shoot Police from there,(You can exit the cars and kind of take cover inside Beeker's Garage.)
~Then the Police will appear to be gone, but then come back in volleys,
~Now survive the long fight, get back in the JB700 & drive it all the way into the garage,
~Then blow up trailer, failing the mission,(Do not "Retry")
~Once you respawn, go on over to the Police impound and pick you your New all tJB700.(It may take a few tries)
~Enjoy

-Rediculously Long "Cops won't shoot you Inside of your Vehicle" Glitch:
(You will not have a HUD, radio wheel or weapon wheel[but they can be used])

~You will be able to run past Cops without being Shot at inside of a Vehicle.
~First goto your Interactive Menu, and activate "Passive Mode",
~Now go into your garage and step into a vehicle,
~Then pull up your phone and purchase a "bmx",
~Now that engine is running, press Triangle/Y then immidently R2/RT,
~Then if done correctly, you should spawn inside the garage drive-way, next to a duplicated car,
~Now enter the Duplicate Vehcile and drive it to the street and to the right of the garage,(so not to block the garage.)
~Then exit the Vehicle and run back inside on foot,
~Once your inside and wait for you "bmx" to be dilivered,
~Then pull out "bmx" and destroy it once outside of the Garage,
~After that, enter the duplicat Vehicle you placed on the right of your Garage earlier,
~Then drive it into any Los Santos customs and change the color,(both primary and secondary),
~Once you have done this, go back to the main select screen of the LS Customs and press right on the d-pad, followed with the (R2/RT) and (Square/B) button,
~If done right, you will be able to press Triangle/Y, and get out of the car,
~Now Steal ANY Vehicle, and disable "Passive Mode",
~Then ENJOY!

-Use "Content Creater" in Open Live Freeroam Online Session(to create props in Open Session):

1. Go to "ONLINE",start any open lobby.
2. Go to the "menu" on "gta 5".
3. "Turn ON" your lag switch Let it be on insane, LET IT RUN ATLEAST 3 SEC.
4. Go to System-store And press X(A) 2 times, and quickly press "Start" and Go to "content creator beta".
5. After you have done that, create a "Deathmatch".
6. Once that's done "Turn OFF" your lag switch.
7. Then scroll through the placement.
8. And place trigger somewhere On the map.
9. Now wait a sec. and you will notice that is will begin to lag.
10. Very shortly after the lagging, you will notice that you are back into your session.
11. You are now in god mode, off the radar, off the player list, and free to place any creator content into the open lobby.
12. Enjoy your ability to spawn anything you wish into an open lobby.

 

-Place any in-game Logo on a Black T-shirt(UNCONFIRMED since 1.10):

~Go into your closet in your Online Apartment.
~Remove your T-Shirt and Watch, then exit the closet.
~Enter your closet again and select Suit Jacket, and select the "Black Suit Jacket"
~Now go to the T-shirts and find the one with the Logo you want.
~Next go to the Watches and hover over one(DO NOT select one).
~While hovering over the watch, press "Start" and the back out of the pause menu(press O or B).
~Now you should be standing there in a Black T-shirt with your desired Logo on it, ENJOY!

 

-How to get inside the Train Cab:

~Catch up to a train and get on it(press triangle near a flatbed train car)
~Now make your way to the front of the train.
~Once on the cab SLOWLY and SAFELY make your way onto the hood/bonnet of the Train Cab(directly in-front of the windshield).
~Now Bring up your interactive menu and select drink a cola.(Must be Cola not beer).
~(You may not need this step, I DID)While you are drinking the cola, QUICKLY press start and exit the pause menu.
~You should now slide into the Cab of the Train with the driver.
~You can Kill him, you can shoot out of the train(NO EXPLOSIVES they do not exit the cab), and you can just enjoy your ride around San Andreas.
~Be careful you can fall out, off , or under the train causing death, and Jim Addler won't help you here. So ENJOY you Train ride![/spoiler]

-How to place PEARLESCENT paint ON ANY COLOR!(even metals/chrome)

1.Take the vehicle you want to paint to LSC.
2.Navigate the main menu to the "Respray" category.
3.Choose what paint you want the pearlescent on(your base color),& buy it.
4.Go to the "Metallic" category but don't buy anything.
5.Now back out to the main selection menu.
6.Go to the "Wheels" or "Plate"(plate is cheaper) category,& then to "Accessories" or "Wheel Color".
7.Buy stock tire or custom tire(depending on what you already have), change the wheel color, or change the plate.
8.Now back out to the main menu and go to the "Respray" category & then "Primary Colors" category.
9.You should now see that "Pearlescent" category is unlocked.
10.Now you just select the color of pearlescent paint you want, purchase it, and ENJOY IT!

 

 

 

*I will not be posting any information or links for any DNS or ISO modding. I no longer want to support this type of degradation of this game and gameplay. IMO a glitch is R*s fault but a DNS or ISO mod is intentional hacking to ruin the gameplay experience for other players.*

Those two missions are not there for me.
