I think the Sultan is the best all purpose vehicle in the game for messing around in

thats how sultans are when they spawn. They either dont spawn or spawn in hordes.

They are rare... If you never leave LS in my experience. Occasionally you will see one near the airport. Head out to Sandy shores and they are everywhere though.
