i was just about to drive through simeons garage to give him a car he wanted and a random comes out of no where, drives up and kills me. he eventually takes the car and gives it to simeon. first time this has happened..pissed me off :lol:

yup, rockstars amazing system has it so you deliver to the same place everytime, and the awesome community just waits for you to show up at said place

happens all the time.

 

Makes for some fun crew vs crew battle even though its just 8-9k. I always scope out the place or wait for the 1min timer to run out.

This is what it is all about, but it would be nice if they changed it up a bit every now and again.

You can run into some crafty people. I've pulled it on many people and it has happened to me before.

 

Just makes you think about watching other players and using tactics.

 

Off radar can be beaten or used to your advantage also.

 

Me and a buddy grabbed a wanted car and were getting near the piers. We notcied 2 players just waiting for us. So I got out grabbed another car and went off radar. Drive by killed both of them and had my buddy rush the car in before they respawned. Helps to have friends and crew mates in the lobbies you are in.

Sounds like off the radar. Thats why I dont usually bother with those requested vehicles. Its easier and a lot less hastle to run through Coveted or CCOIII for 5 mins and get more money and RP. It would be nice if they mixed up the delivery location though.

I actually like getting them for the fact that people will try to stop you. Win or lose... its fun as hell.

I wouldn't mind if it was a race of cat and mouse. Its those that camp out in the docks waiting for you or place sticky bombs at the entrance that annoy me. Simeon should send Merriwether or put a bounty on anyone that blows up the HPV for a bit of fun.

Myself and friends will usually either pick Simeons car up and put it in a stupid place, or we go and block the door at the docks and watch the person panic.

 

 

 

then blow the car up.

Yeah I do run into that alot.

 

When I play I have 2-3 buddies on. I'll have my buddies sit back and keep me cover. I then sneak in and scope it out then attempt to kill them or buy my buddy time to rush the car in.

 

had a 2 vs 5 fight over a HPV which was epic that didn't even happen at the docks. After we beat them nd delivered the car they rolled up in 5 tanks... hahahaha.

Yep. I have made a good 50k off other people bringing me the high priority vehicle. f*ck going after it on their terms, you bring it to me so i can ambush you. Easy money.

It does frustrate me when people do that so thats why I dont generally bother with them but hey, if thats how you wanna roll who am I to judge. Each to their own. I just play around it.

yes its quite an amazing system where the big green car on the map and delivery point is known by every single person on the map plus if thats not enough you get little text updates "player1 took the high value import vehicle" so just in case you forgot to go meet them at the dock to either snipe and steal or just blow up.

 

reminds of cops n crooks with their five start points and five end points that everyone knew after playing a dozen times. I understand why randomized points wouldnt work, but is it so hard to have some intern at rockstar enter maybe 20 delivery points for the game?

I came out of the mission landing gear where you land a plane right by simeans entrance the other day after l landed the plane there, and got the message about the simean priority vehicle and saw when i looked at the map he was otw to drop it off. Went off the radar and hid behind the crates right by the driveway and autoshottied him right as the door started coming up. The guy raged for a while after that. Never do that but it was just too perfect of timing to not do it
