Job voting system info needed.

I'm wondering if anybody has info or knows exactly how the job rating/voting system works. I'm asking because I'm noticed some strange numbers while looking at mine.

 

For example:

 

 

This race has 82 plays, but 92 "up votes" and 11 "down votes". That's 103 votes, but only 82 plays so the math doesn't add up. Unless the plays are for each time the race is ran, or for each new person that plays it. But that wouldn't explain the votes unless it counts when someone likes it and then dislikes it or vice versa.

 

So does anybody have insight on how this works?
