Is it possible to get the collector's edition weapons off others?

I have a PS3 and was wondering if it is even possible to recieve or obtain those weapons (like the hammer, the shotgun or the D eagle)? I'd appreciate an answer and if it's possible some help please.

I have the collectors edition and it will not let me drop those weapons like the others.

The crowbar is not DLC. Anyone can save and own the crowbar.

Pretty sure i still have the hammer as a melee weapon, would need to doub check though.

I checked, i no longer have hammer available.

 

However one of my friend still has it in his inventory, even though he does not have the CE.

i just gave my friend the hammer and the pump shotgun.. i tried to drop dessert eagle but was unable too.. he logged off and then came back online.. only the hammer stayed in his inventory..
