Having issues with unlocks?

Hi, I'm level 92 and I can't call in the mugger or anything similar that needs to be called to get

What about the things you get from contacting Merryweather?

did you use glitches or dns mods to level up. I dont see how ppl can play this game long enough to get above level 50 and not understand how the game works

A long time ago you should have gotten calls from Merryweather telling you you can call them to access airstrikes / mercs / helicopter back up /ect.

I was in the same boat as the OP a couple weeks ago. I literally only raced for a long time and didn't have Merryweather, Lester, Lamar, etc. call unlocks until level 125ish. I can't remember what I did but it was just a matter of completing some of the online "story" stuff and then they all started calling me for the unlocks.

You have to complete certain things for Lamar, Lester and ect in order to get them unlocked

 

But if you already had them unlocked have you tried restarting your game or unlinking your account then relinking it?
