Unable to add more characters for GTA Online?

So basically, out of five character slots to create in GTA Online, it only allows me to add two characters while the other three are locked. Is there any way to unlock them so I can add three additional characters (and yes, more characters means more vehicles to keep)? I did a search around the site, none which are here.

So far it looks like it'll only be possible as a DLC, who knows?

 

For now the best you can do is have another separate account to manage 2 extra characters, if you're willing to do that much that is.

As of now there isnt a legitimate way to unlock the other slots as far as I know.

Nope they are there for another reason we just don't know what.

 

It's hard enough to get 2 char to level 120 so if you need to unlock a third one then it's time for you to set the controller down and go outside for some fresh air

They'll likely charge real money for the rest when and if this game becomes a bit more stable as far as cheating issues and once they can begin to actually roll out DLC consistently. Can't really think of any other reason why they would tease us with 5 character slots and only allow us 2.
