Since this does have to do with GTA Online, this was placed here. Anyone know why the GTA V Stats website was suspended?

idk i noticed that earlier this morning also, didnt know if it had to do with my works connection, but i guess its down. someone probably forgot to pay their bills hahaha

 

or Rockstar got it shut down so people will use Social Club for their stats

yup shes gondy,to bad i enjoyed comparing my stats to the rest of the players,it was a good way to check out other players as well.hopefully somthing else crops up,i was tryin to crack the top 20 in most kills in gta.

last time i looked there were 2 guys from the same crew in the 1 an 2 spots some were around 35000 kills but there kdr was sh*t they died a pile of times to get there.theses guys got like 3 days worth of deathmatch time to achevie this.certianly not the best players dispite being 1 an 2,since one of them also holds the most death in gta aswell lol

Weeks after all that money was swept away yet there are still thousands upon thousands of players with hundreds of millions of dollars (at least) on the leaderboards. I'm not sure if that's a Social Club issue or the website not doing an updated scan of the new stats or something else, but I got tired of looking at it.

 

Still useful for the "fun" statistics like cops killed, private dances, etc. but I haven't been checking it regularly at all.

Possibly, but there are even more now than there were when I first started looking at that website, way before the cash sweep. I assumed the cash sweep would get rid of the majority, not all of course, but there are like 3 times as many billionaires on there now than the day before the Cashtastrophe. But like I said, it's a good site for the other statistics. The cash ones, and the RP one to an extent, are apparently going to be forever flawed though.

You would have had to put their name in to update the stats. Unless you wanted to go in and type everyone's name in to get it updated you'd still see people with billions because their name didn't hit the update que. With so many cheats it really was pointless to look at top ten anything. Except deaths and kills.

those with millions still are the ISO moddersStill lots of people with hundreds of millions that are not modders. But the people with the trillions+ are the iso modders

Exactly. When attempting to view the site, all you're seeing is the cPanel (the most common web hosting control panel for Linux servers) default "account suspended" template. The site's owner either hasn't paid his bill or he's exceeded his monthly bandwidth allocation.

Sooo... is there an alternative to gta5stats.com for showing our character's stats?

 

AFAIK all the stats on that site were simply scraped from the Social Club. I don't see how else they'd get them since it wasn't a Rockstar affiliated site (and that could have something to do with the suspension - maybe a C&D was issued.)

did the correlation between these two having high kills and high deaths and the same crew not make you think...

 

they did DM together and kill harvested?? so obv when k/d is around 1 but they have 1000's of kills...
