The head teacher is putting the blame in the wrong place. It is not the game that is to blame (someone gets shot by a whack-job with a gun - the gun is not at fault, it's the whack-job). It's the negligent parents letting their kid play a game that they should not be playing. Also, GTA is not the only game these kids play that is not suitable for them and it's not just video games. It's TV, movies, internet and music as well that contains material unsuitable for minors. But abover all else, it's the total and utter lack of parental control.

 

Changed days from when I was a kid. The worst we did was clothes-line each other. Kids should not even know about the things listed in the letter I would actually be embarassed if a child of mine was up to this sort of stuff. I remember being caught swearing when I was 6 or 7 by a teacher at school who happened to be friends with my Mum. Sure as hell didn't do it again for a while after that. Well, you didn't use correct grammar there. You started with a lowercase letter. I can think of many other uses. Writing a resumé, an essay, a book, a letter, creating a poster, an AD, a website, etc. Grammar isn't a huge issue so long as it is understandable, you think everyone does a grammar check before they post?
