Its the exact spot in the photo, except for being slightly moved forward.

 

Its North West of the LSC in the city, practically next door, first intersection.

Cars can be sp to mp with a pv out and in a Public lobby if Done with a lag switch. I do it all the time because I despise the lsc way. Also reg registration can be obtained by putting any car in the garage and save editing the car to franks buffalo

Hm... Well, honestly, it seems pretty legit. Not to say I'll just fall for any old trick. But with all the screenshots... Who knows, it COULD be true? 1. Could have used SP-MP with a lag switch therefore PV can be out

2. Changing the paint color before adding tracker in online will reset the plate to a generic plate. Then he could have put the car in the spot.

3. Window could have been broken to throw sticky bomb.

4. Buffalo MK II does not spawn in SP as traffic so there is no way it could be left over from a spawnset.

I think this is bullsh*t. The reason is it being the way it is. I play on friends only sessions by myself a bit of the time and I have seen everything there is to see. This is something that I have never seen and I don't believe it would spawn like that either. It isn't exactly top of the range so the peds should be driving it too but I've never seen them do that either. It doesn't make sense that it would be this way either, when I read this post and saw the photos it was very dodgy and seemed to be a con from the way you presented it. You presented it as though you have the intention to get people wound up for amusement. This is what I think.

BUT! I do know that Frank's plate is unique in that it only has few characters, not a "full plate" like the AI do, if that makes sense.

 

So based off the plate that IS visible (barely) to me it looks like a "full plate".

For the second, yellow Buffalo yes it could be seen as odd.

 

But for the original one I found, my character actually broke into the car. As far as I know there is no way to lock your car like that, and the exact location it was in was a legitimate car spawn (other cars spawn there).

I can confirm that I know not of what you speak.

Some one cleared it up a bit earlier. Franklin has a unique plate like Trevor's "Betty 32" plate.

 

The photo shows (as well as it can) that it is not a unique plate.
