Its FWD Slower than a Tailgater and purely for show. I had one 3 times and everytime I got rid of it. the novelty wears off

 

BTW its the Declasse Asea only avaliable if you win the first race and keep it until simeon tells you to get yourself a car

You can also get it by hanging out near the first store you rob. Just wait for a noob to drive up in one and kill them and take it. You might have to wait for a while.

That car is only available for you if you choose it in the first tutorial race and you decide to keep it
