It's Pea Green and cannot be hexed as a crew color. The only way of applying that exact color is via the save editor. Otherwise, you're going to have to come as close as Rockstar will allow you to in approximating it. (Same deal as Epsilon blue.) Here's another example from a list of unobtainable colors:

that's not always reliable due to in game lighting, shadows, and time of day.

i was wrong. I stole his Comet and looked at it in the save editor. It is actually matte dew green with a metallic bronze pearl.
