I was able to get the minigun in a Survival. Ever since it has stayed in my weapon wheel. I'm a rank 97 and it doesn't unlock until rank 120.

 

Is this normal?

You keep the weapons you pick up for as long as you are in a session. This includes survivals, missions, deathmatches, and free roam.

 

You lose the current magazine when you die. In the case of the minigun (one mag) you lose all ammo. You'll still have the gun if you stay in the session.

Yea so long as you don't go to "Find new session" - leave the current session you are in either by disconnecting / joining a new server via invite's etc (job invites are fine) you will keep all weapons you receive from a survival.

 

My first port of call on my level 71 is to go straight into a survival grab the mini gun then use it in missions later on.

 

You can change server if you don't want to be in that lobby. Just launch a race / parachute complete it by yourself then select freemode - new server and you have retained the weapons (plus the added bonus of free armour from the parachute / race).

I got the weapon at level 72 the other day, It just was there in the ammunation shop.

talking about this...

I remember very well that, I did pay for neither of my Carbine or the Advance rifle

but they are here for like 2 months before after I start playing survival....

I sware I didnt buy them, at least not both, if I have to pay, I will just get a carbine but what happen to the Advance rifle..?
