R*'s rate of earning model

When many jobs had their payout nerfed I remember reading that R* was basing all payouts on time spent. i wonder if there was some official word on what that actually equated to, or if someone worked it out already? (more accurately than I'm about to!)

 

Assuming they haven't some examples might be...

 

From long haul II, the race takes an average of 10min for the whole grid. winner gets about $14000. plus time for lobby, and calling 3rd the average position (about 8k i think) i would say that gives an average earning rate of 32k per hour.

 

a 15min deathmatch with 8 players might pay out 13k for the winning team, 4k for the losers. including lobby time and winning 2 of 3 matches would give a earning rate of 30k per hour

 

 

i'm just going from very rough memory here, but would the above seem about right to you? not including glitches, obvious exploits and other ways to make money.

obviously shorter jobs mean more lobby time and less earning per hour, but I'm thinking about what I expect heists to pay out, which presumably will be longer jobs.

If there are major exceptions to the above examples on some other jobs (or i'm simply really wrong)... is it reasonable to assume if a heist takes 30min you'll see about 15-20k?

 

personally i don't mind if that works out true, but i feel like i want to brace myself for the freak out online if it is.
