It's legit. The people crying fake are the people who hyped up Heists even though it was obvious this was what they were, more than likely, going to be like.

They might be a little bit better than this, after all this is clearly a beta, might even have been created specifically for the Online trailer, but if people were expecting heists on the level of single player than they really need to learn to tone down the hype.

Hope for the best, but expect the worst, guys. That should be like the motto for GTA Online.

Fake or not thats probably the most accurate thing we will ever get.

R* f*cked up. Its way too late for heists. They shouldve released them in the first two weeks LIKE THEY ANNOUNCED and then it would be a different story.. but GTA Online is done for me. Had fun for a week or two but then it just became boring because you had nothing to do.

Waiting for the PC version to mod the sh*t out of it.

Even if the heists were exactly like they were shown in the leaked footage (I think they will look and be presented better, but I mean just in the general sense that they are "just" big missions) I'll be happy as long as there are a lot of them.

But if it ends up being like...three heists, then I'm going to be wondering WTF Rockstar was doing for six months.

There's currently a DNS server which allows you to play them. You need four players to start it and all of you need to be on the same DNS. Though I would recommend not doing this as you could get banned.

The video I saw might have been different from the ones I've seen. There were a group of like four people, and it gave them each different tasks to do. The guy who was recording had to defend the outside, while another got rid of the vehicle, etc.

There was one guy who had to do the hacking, maybe they extended the difficulty for hacking? Who knows. I do know that there was a quite alot of security, but nothing overly challenging. Which makes sense, it wasn't one of the bigger banks. It was the one near the oriental theater. The thing is, the guy wasn't hacking security pads. He was hacking laptops sitting right in front of them. However, I don't think they were glitching the creator system.

I think it was just a beta. However, I don't expect much to change. Most I can see them editing is the payout, and the laptops being made into the touchscreen pads in the different locations.

It didn't seem anything that amazing though, so people really do need to prepare for the worst. No payout shown at the end, but two of his team mates did die in the process. Hope it's at least somewhat decent. They also didn't have any animation while grabbing the cash. They just approached a suitcase, it said "got the gold" and moved on from there.

Guys dont start this again. This heist is just a beta version made for the GTA Online trailer and testers. Its NOT fake, its just a really early version of heists R* put little work in to. I dont get why this got posted and the same "OH I KNOW EVERYTHING SO THIS IS FAKE" comments started again...

The way I understand it is that what they are accessing are missions that were created before Online even launched. They started popping up when the cloud servers were having issues, then someone was able to force this one to load.

 

I heard that a few other missions, namely "Trevors Enigma" and "Cargo Job" showed up and ended up being rough versions of Meth'd Up and American Exports. It seems Ornate Bank Heist was also one of these rough missions.

If these are heists than this sh*t is incredibly lame, I'd rather play Payday 2 with their bulletproof masks and actual prepping for a heist.

 

This is what they get for giving us golf and tennis and wasting valuable disk space instead of concentrating on criminal activities.

 

Where are the people, and the workers inside the banks??? This sh*t is stupid.

 

It's just guards? What the hell are the laptops already doing there?? This is retarded, if it's real, than people will be done with this game.

First of all, that 'heist' just ends like a normal mission which I doubt it's gonna be like that and secondly, "deliver the gold to Gerald" are you f*cking kidding me? How does a guy like Gerald know sh*t like this and furthermore, what would a brick of gold be doing in a bank...

Yeah, and a laptop on the floor? I say this is a modded mission. It is even too short to be heist. And this would have been deleted already if it was real.

Guys just stop with the leaked heists threads...It's just a really early unfinished version of heists made for the GTA Online trailer and testers. They had to change some stuff with the DNS to make it work, but just stop with these threads.

 

Let's all go back to waiting on funmw2 to post what he found in the 1.10 update.
