I tried for day, if you find it and you not want it,

try riding "crap" cars... i noticed the spawn will rise if u are on a primo or stainer... i would just turn circles between the hanger and the parking lot at the airport entrance area under the bridge.

last time i was looking for one i get bored after 1/2 hour and started BaseInvaders... after the loadingscreen 3 premier just spawned on the airport field near the stunt jump location (in front of the very first left hanger)... : /

I just found one and fully mod it but it is slow and ugly. I got rid of it in few minutes afetr I modded it...

Rarity does not equal performance.

It's actually one of the faster "rare" cars when fully modded. Have no idea what you're talking about.

less rares which really have great performance though...
