my pc spec are:

 

Processor: intel® 4 CPU 3.20 Ghz 3.20 Ghz

(RAM) 8.00 GB

windows 7 ultimate 64

and video card- - -NVIDIA GeForce GT 430 2048 MB DDR3

 

 

how to fix lag on my gta4?

Hmm, Try putting shadow quality to "Off". If there's no option for it. Download the latest game patch.
