I've seen them a lot more than I should be around El burro heights. Especially after doing the mission trash talk.

 

As a matter of fact, I've seen plenty of "rare" vehicles spawn there from the rancher xl to the hardtop mañana.

It's just anecdotal, but I've noticed they pop up more often when driving a Tornado. Maybe that's just my imagination though.

just go to the street near the race track and switch sessions a few times until they spawn as traffic, or, MIRROR PARK

I did find one on accident. It was buy Maze Stadium, ran to the respray with the cops in tow and when I pulled up the door opened but I didn't load in. I just kinda rolled in to the garage. Accidentally shot a gas can or propane tank or something trying to take out the cops and it blew up killing me and losing the car to the abyss forever. I didn't know what it was back then I just loved it. Now I can't find one

 

Looking back I shoulda called Lester to beat the wanted level.

Found one! It spawned last night after I sold a car at the spray shop south by the airport. I was on foot running after it and would have never caught it but my buddy just happened to be close by trying to blow me up and caught it for me! We got two! Both hard tops, now I need a convertible!!! And a convertible Sentinal XS, I just don't know how to tell the difference between the two Sentinals.

Got mine from the families. Drive up and down Grove Street, the convertibles show up quite a bit. Just make sure you have some ammo.
