It doesn't matter what you think of the actual vehicle itself. I never used the ratloader. but the ratloader shouldn't have been removed in the first place and R* knew it was a mistake, which is why they posted it would be coming back. idiot, I'd like for them to remove a vehicle you like.

 

Oh but it does matter a great deal. Why should it not have been removed? There are a lot better vehicles out there to own.

I did get 33k from a single truck though. 11k per bag.

I seriously hope you're correct about the second one and not just trolling all the players who are tired of griefers getting all the laughs and tiny erections that they want. In my eyes, anyone who griefs more-than-likely has a tiny penis and is trying to compensate by making their e-peens look huge.

Tested it, I had my F. Buffalo destroyed by a tank, he had to pay for it. Twice... (He destroyed it again after I got it back)

 

 

Hopefully this will deter all the tank fags from coming out and griefing every single person in the lobby.

If you attack them with Sticky bombs, they might not give RP, they've done it with me before, that's why I always use an Assualt Shotgun now. Like, 4 blasts and the doors open.

Not new. You've never been able to go in passive with a bounty. That would be pretty dumb. You can set a bounty on people in passive mode.

I call bs, i just hit like 20 armored trucks the other day for an hour and i was getting RP and $10,000 max.

anyway, the new modus operandi is to go around destroying cars while holding no cash, so either way YOU would end up paying the bill!

 

unless R* manage to implement a separate ban account for each character or a debt system, nothing would stop me from depositing all my money in my second character and go around blowing cars while you foot the bill!

I read that they are putting in code to add the clean rat loader, which is why putting the original ratloader is taking longer than most expected.

You've never been able to go passive if you already have a bounty. However, if you are in passive and in a vehicle a bounty can be placed on you (similar to how you can be shot while passive and in a vehicle).

I think it's around 3000. It sure filled up EXP bar faster. And I love this car spawned up when I'm about 3000 left from leveling up in Free Mode but do not want to do mission.

Anyway, regarding the passive bounty thing -- I think if one of your characters has a bounty, you can swap to the other character, go passive, then swap back and you will be passive with a bounty.

Actually, that's not the case. About 50% of the time they actually don't have any money, you see, the people who are level 250+ and have everything and are just going around in tanks killing everything are the 10 year olds who used DNS codes and basically ruined the game. When they lost all their money, they simply lost the default 500k from killing so many people. How did I get 50%? Well, I usually look at the guys social club to see if they're legit, I've never seen a legit. (IE: Level 200, 12 hours of playtime)
