Known Additions to the SECRET Update

Recently (I believe today) a secret update came out, and I've noticed a few changes. If you find any more, please say so!

 

1) There is now a limit to bounties you can set per day

2) If tanks destroy PVs they now have to pay the insurance

3) The Valentine's Day Vehicle is in the game now, however it is unobtainable

(found on coding when messing with internet glitches)

I seriously hope you're correct about the second one and not just trolling all the players who are tired of griefers getting all the laughs and tiny erections that they want. In my eyes, anyone who griefs more-than-likely has a tiny penis and is trying to compensate by making their e-peens look huge.

Tested it, I had my F. Buffalo destroyed by a tank, he had to pay for it. Twice... (He destroyed it again after I got it back)

I hate hotfixes to be honest. Sure they help and can be nice but game companies almost never give updates on what hofixes do. They change pivotal parts of a game and don't tell anyone about it...

It doesn't matter what you think of the actual vehicle itself. I never used the ratloader. but the ratloader shouldn't have been removed in the first place and R* knew it was a mistake, which is why they posted it would be coming back. idiot, I'd like for them to remove a vehicle you like.

Oh but it does matter a great deal. Why should it not have been removed? There are a lot better vehicles out there to own.

Armoured Trucks no longer payout RP, just cash now. I just collected like 5 and didn't get any RP at all.

 

I did get 33k from a single truck though. 11k per bag.

I did one earlier and got the usual 2000 RP, maybe a glitch?

Maybe, I've noticed them spawning in full servers now too. There's a trick in making them spawn, you need to make sure there's nobody under Rank 20 in the server.

 

First time I've collected them and not got any RP though, I assumed it was to do with this 'secret' update.
