let's say there's a bounty on me, from whatever source, and i'm in an open lobby with randoms, i decide to use lesters off the radar, will that take my bounty marker off the radar for the random people, or does it still show me?

I'm pretty sure you will be hidden away when you use off the radar. I remember one day when I chased some dude with a 7k bounty, he suddenly disappeared from the radar and shortly after appeared.

You can hide your blimp with a bounty. I've done it with people tailing and they suddenly kept going straight everytime i took a corner right after i hid.

I use it to get from one favourite spot to the next when I have a bounty. It does work.

You can hide it.. I had a bounty and used it on some guy it was epic..

 

He was chasing me in a car i got a little lead then called Lester quickly jumped out of the car while he was about 11 seconds behind me then casually walked on the sidewalk for whatever reason he got out of the car then run to my empty car i approached him walking slowly and stabbed him with a bottle it was fking hilarious.

I've never used the off the radar thing. It seems useless unless it makes you completely invisible. I do drive around in a 'neon' green super car though. That can't help.

Yes you will be hidden, i do it all the time. The only thing off the radar wont help with in freeroam is if you're in the high priority vehicle. You'll be hidden but the vehicle icon wont be.

I'm talking like hidden invisible hidden. It only removes your dot from the radar rather than you can't be seen line of sight wise. Aka if I pull into a garage and you seee pull into the garage. I call for off the radar and drive out of the garage you're still gonna see me exit the garage but my dot won't be on the radar. If it made you invisible it might be worth it but it doesn't
