lann3fors
My new ride was blown up by a jealous player doing a sticky 187 in a ugly car. I didnt call the insurancecompany as I was going for revenge. Next day i found a car i wanted to get instead of a older car in my garage. My mechanic listed the blowned up car from yesterday as "destroyed" and i assumed it was in safe hands with my insurancecompany (i did have insurance). I figured i just select the ride i wanted to exchange when i drive into the garage. I never got the question, and it automatically replaced the car that was blowned up yesterday. Now i have to get a new;
gtaocicat
it kind of makes sense , since all the computer did was put the new one in the open spot that was once taken by the old car

But also, it does not make sence that i now can not retreive a car that i have insured. The only right way to handle this is with a regular question with the insured/destroyed vehicle as one of 10 options to replace.

I have not got a refund or message that the insurance has been voided, since it would still be valid. I know thats not gonna work, but in theory. LuapYllier
None of these comments are right. A destroyed vehicle takes up a slot just the same as any other...hence all the people that were keeping their glitched vehicles in the moors menu so they didnt lose them. Im guessing the car was in slot one? There is a glitch where slot one occassionally loses insurance...always check it before using that car slot.
