I know, the car might be free but I really doubt the mods will be, so to get it for free with mods you need to bring it from SP, but I think it will be too hot to modify, same as the elegy

Could make it like a Team vs Team mission where two teams have to make it to a special car show with armed spawning guards and the team that steals and brings back the most classic cars wins...

The sp to mp will still work with a lag switch I guarantee it. It used to work no switch or nothing until they sped up the loading times. A lag switch slows the load times and prevents connection ect so I am sure lag switch sp to mp will work

I want to warn everyone due to this car being limited via obtaining it only during Valentines to NOT store it in your 1st slot because of the insurance glitch.

 

I can imagine people getting very upset having this and once the event ends, the car glitches away and people would have to wait for another year to get it again. Spread the word.

Amazing how ppl b*tech about this update. It is a homage to crime. Since gta is a crime game why not have a homage to the prohibition era gangsters. LA Noire was set in the 20s and 30s and cars like these were daily drivers for many. The Thompson 1928 was used in military but popular with gangsters and police used the Thompson M1A1. The suits and dresses were worn by everyone during that period and yes cars were slow. Guess what? 30's cars are often souped up as rat rods and with aftermarket parts can go quite fast. LSC is an aftermarket shop is it not so who's to say it's going to be a slow car? You don't like it don't buy it.

 

L.A Noire was set after World War 2 in the 1940s and 1950s............

Didn't a user actually call this? I swear someone made a thread saying how nice it would be to have classic cars and old fashioned clothing from one of the past era's. Can't remember if it was 30's, 50's or 60's though but I know someone said something like that.

Anyway, this addition and the fact that we get to keep it actually made me happy. I like the look of the suits and I was thinking last night oddly 'It'd be nice to have a tommy gun in this game' and voila, they are adding one in.

Oh also, I noticed that another user had said 'It'd be nice to be able to wear suits and actually see the cuffs' well lol, from the pictures that I saw it does actually seem that you can see the sleeve cuffs of the shirt with the jacket on. Nice.

20s to 40s were very similar. It was the age of mafia and Tommy guns. I loved LA Noire. I also freaking loved Mafia The City Of Lost Heaven set from the end of the 20s to the end of the 30s. And I loved Mafia II in the 30s and 50s
