69_black_69
As usual, be prepared because there'll be a f*ckton of COD hater who can't just STFU. Well I'm hyped. Love me some Kevin Spacey. Edited May 2, 2014 by 69_black_69
Chris Fromage
I really want to see or hear about Cpt. Price, Nikolai, Sgt. Foley, Cpl. Dunn, and Frost. We might 'hear' about them, but I don't think they will return in the story. IW said that the MW series are in another 'universe' and that it is over with MW. However, we still have some easter eggs, reference and skin packs about MW in later games. Something like in GTA V. we don't see CJ in GTA V, but have some easter eggs and a few references about him in GTA V.
DODI3OG
^That's just bad. I thought Advanced Warfare is going to be in the same universe as MW, but with a new story and set of primary characters. Just like GTA 4 and GTA 5 is in the HD Universe, but they have different storylines and primary characters.
HaythamKenway
Okay, I'm on board. Those teasers sound really, really interesting. I just hope the writers will properly delve into the issue and not dance around it like first Black Ops did with Nazis getting away with war crimes by working, post-war, with US/Soviets, CIA's muddled methods and operations and MKUltra. If Captain America, summer's biggest blockbuster movie, isn't afraid to get political, why shouldn't a biggest video game blockbuster do the same? As for gameplay, it'll be CoD, like always. Love it or hate it, whatever, we all know what we're going to get. I haven't bought a CoD since MW3, so if the multiplayer isn't all broken I might just get it. Mcquiz
Flimsy Story; taking some interesting facts of current/past events and completely until it becomes utterly ridiculous and just a weak parody of what the game once was? Check! Already jumped shark ages ago and yet trying to exaggerate so with every new installment? Check! Use well known actor to hype the game? Check! Follow the 'current trend' of what's 'in' for FPS games (which is semi sci-fi settings... gotta keep up with Titanfall brah). Check. How can anyone in their right minds get hyped by this? I mean... seriously? Probably the same kind of people that think that Putin is the good guy.

And yet you watched the trailer, you will watch the next one, and the one after that. You will watch the multiplayer reveal, you will look at the screenshots, you will purchase this title at some point in your life. Hating on Call Of Duty because its the "cool" thing to do. Check. HaythamKenway
Sounds like they are copying titanfall and halo The way I see it - better to have CoD turned into something like this than the other way around. I play CoD for fast paced, run and gun gameplay. SMG, Lightweight and Marathon, all day, every day. I'll only benefit from more freedom and quicker pace of movement. Before you ask, yes I did hate CoD mechanics in Halo 4. Because I expected Halo and not CoD in space. But I think CoD itself can only benefit from some Halo-influenced mechanics. Also, I have to admit that I was quite disappointed when I saw the trailer and realized this was going to be another "cyborgs, hoverbikes and drones" sci-fi cr*p that turned me away from BO II, but I'm so interested in the PMC theme that I might just let it slide. MGS has loads of unnecessary comic book "science" too and it works after all. And it seems that future setting and sci-fi technology will actually factor into gameplay this time, with augmentations and creative weaponry. THE GHETTO JEZUS
Great, another Sci-Fi based game . I hate how CoD is just becoming like halo, with all the futuristic weapons, hover crap, robotic armor, and like all the other crap. Why can't they just go back and have games based in the past like Black Ops or World At War. Like maybe have something based in the mid 80's to 90's and having to deal with Yugoslavia, the gulf war, Somalia, etc. I think having games during that time would be much more better than the stupid ass sh*t that they're doing right now. Anybody else agrees with me ? I'm guaranteeing that this will turn out to be like sh*t just like Black Ops 2 and Ghosts. But yea even tho I'm saying crap about the game, I know that I'll eventually would buy it on release so yea. But still though, I'm really disappointed again and hopefully Trollarch will produce a game based in mid 80's to 90's.
OnceAgainYoungFitzpatrick
I'm actually hoping for another WW2 game. esmittystud101
If they would change up the maps in MP I would like this series more. Treyarch does Zombies very well. But the MP maps with all three companies are the same every year. Literally, the make the same map and just call it a different name and change the colors of the map a little bit. I just hate when the map starts, you pretty much only have three routes you can take, left, middle, right, thats it. No wonder you die so fast on there. The maps are set up for you to die very easy. They need to take a page form Battlefield on the maps for sure. On Battlefield you have so many more options on where you can go, take cover, options. I will probably buy w/ season pass cause all my friends play because they are too dumb to play Battlefield.
DAWeeE1
I'll follow this with a slight interest... the latest CoD-game I've played was MW3, but I haven't owned it myself. But I will say that the graphics looks pretty great, and a new developer could mean a slightly different take.on the game.
