Affalterbach Posted February 26, 2015 Share Posted February 26, 2015 I downloaded the Havoc DLC on PS4 first thing this morning along with the update. It took me around 20-25 minutes for both. I don't have the best/fastest internet speeds in the world, but it always downloads stuff fast. I'm running on average 29.43 Mbps Download - 6.52 Mbps Upload - 37 ms Ping. Internet speeds are key for these consoles. I feel sorry for anyone with slow internet. These consoles hate them. Thats weird... Not sure wich Mbps im running, since i dont know sh*t about that lol. But my internet is very fast and good, i've downloaded other DLC's for games on ps4 and it didnt take this long? If you have a smartphone, download the Ookla Speedtest.net app on your Android or Iphone or just try it on your pc. As long as your pc/smartphone is tapped into your home wireless router/modem, you can test your speeds really easy. Nice little app/website. Nice little app/website.The download finished, playing zombies now, always been a big fan of COD games and AW is just great, so zombies make it even better now. Hope we'll see more zombie maps in the feature, we probably will tho. Thanks for that app i'll try it out later today probably, curious what my internet speed is. Open up the left side of spawn doors first or the rights side? 2. Do you go for a wall gun first or take a chance on the 3-D printer? 3. Any good spots for a team to just sit down and hold them off together? I mean you don't have to explain like that in steps, but what is your strategy with this map. This siniper I got out of the 3-D printer, I upgraded it once, one hit kill till atleast round 18. Probably longer than that but I died finally. Fires really fast too. Lemoyne outlaw Posted March 3, 2015 Share Posted March 3, 2015 well my highest round is 23. im loving it alot. 1. i usually go on the left side in the main hub training spot. 2. that depends sometimes i use the bulldog or since i never use the m14 in multiplayer i get that to mix things up. 3. my main strategy is to buy a wall gun buy exo medic. stay in spawn area till round 3 or 4. then open left area and buy the box once or twice. then of course get the exo suit. then i save up for perks and other weapons. i try to get one of the secondary grenades. once i have my weapons i stay in spawn area and just keep jumping on the bus and shoot and ocasionally go in the main hub. esmittystud101 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The map has a good layout as well. I'm just trying to get all the key cards down pat for the easter egg. I've done Liliths and Oz's, but I'm having trouble getting down the trash bins together and the infected round where you have to hit all the switches. Tried last night with no luck. If you're not using the Bal, AK12, MP5 or the ASM1 you'll be getting destroyed every match you play. Pisses me off because my favorite guns are the Tac9, SAC3s and the EM1. If anyone here follows the COD community, pros and teams, you'd know that there's been a growing popularity of CS:GO amongst them. Even the storied COD pro team, Team Envyus, has expanded and developed a CS:GO competitive team. Why all of a sudden though? Is it not obvious? Even the die-hards are jumping ship for an FPS that's been around for decades. Don't get me wrong, Advanced Warfare is different, fun and a step up from Ghosts, but the spirit of COD, in my opinion, is facing an identity crisis. All of this jumping around with exo suits, stupid attachments, perks, etc. have utterly ruined this franchise for me. Here's Mike Rufail, leader of Envyus, getting super enthusiastic about getting into CS:GO. Envy is probably the 2nd or 3rd most popular COD competitive team, and he's drawing more attention from a rookie CS:GO team. https://twitter.com/hastr0/status/577109027169148929 Black Ops 2 was the last game where I fully prestiged, and ever since Ghosts, I can't be bothered to even do it once. Now, even I am being drawn to play CS:GO, a barebones FPS I remember playing back in high school. Why? It hasn't changed, and if it isn't broken, why fix it? Despite the fact the Treyarch games are widely seen as the best these days all the other developers work under a totally different idea. The single player is comfortably the worst thing about CoD. If you know anything about the man, all of his tweets are completely satirical and self-deprecating. This is why Treyarch is brilliant. He "gets" the community, but still has the brass to go out there and make sarcastic jabs at it as well. Not only that, he makes sure he shows up for the events. No other studio head in the COD franchise does that. I love the man, he's brilliant, and I can't wait to see what they have in store for the next COD. f*ck Advanced Warfare.
