TheGTAFreak1 Posted February 11, 2014 Share Posted February 11, 2014 Hello,i have a problem with my GTA San Andreas (v.02).The problem is that its not saving,everytime i go to save it saves but if i quit the game and reenter the game the save is not there.HELP!! lil weasel Posted February 11, 2014 Share Posted February 11, 2014 I presume your DVD disc is clean and undamaged. Your game play is going fine. You installed the game with Admin Privileges. There is a file path: START > User Name > Documents > GTA San Andreas User Files > Gallery, User Track Files, and the actual save files: GTASAsf#.b (where # is the save slot 1 to 8) And, your machine does have the guts to run the game: Recommended System Requirements: Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon XP processor (or better) 384(+) MB of RAM 16x DVD-ROM drive 4.7 GB of free Hard Disk space for a full install 128(+) MB Video Card with DirectX 9 compatible drivers ("GeForce4" or better) DirectX 9 compatible Surround Sound Card Game pad** with twin axis analog controls (USB or Joystick Port) Keyboard & Mouse ** I suggest 12 buttons minimum. I use the Logitech Dual Action ™, as it works straight from the box without any special drivers. Seitek also nice. Attempting to use console controllers may take hours to find the right driver(s) and then still not work. TheGTAFreak1 Posted February 11, 2014 Author Share Posted February 11, 2014 Yeah idk i dont have anything in my User Tracks but...idk how to fix this scanned the computer for viruses:P And umm if i start a new game complete the first mission save it,close the game come back in the save is not there D: I dont have any GTASA#.b in there,i do have a gta_sa.set file.... Meaning you don't have a Pirated game, which can't be fixed other than to buy the real game. Or using a 'Crack' to avoid needing the DVD. lil weasel Posted February 18, 2014 Share Posted February 18, 2014 (edited) Check your Public Documents file, and the User Download files for the saves. Windows 7 (not Professional). It was Installed to C:/ Drive from your DVD. Your installation was done by the Administrator Account. Installed with Admin Privileges. Try using XP mode.
