Im English and we have the same timezone as Scotland. Its 12:46 pm, it definetly isnt after 1pm yet in Scotland.

EDIT: there is such a thing as splitting a time zone. Alaska technically has part of it residing within the Pacific Standard Time zone, but they branch it off so the entire state is within its own time zone. Could be the case with Scotland as well.

Heists? I'm still waiting to get these f*cking cornrow tattoos removed from my scalp.

 

Everyone knows they aren't going to really start adding content until they release the game for PC and XBone/PS4

1pm BST is british summer time. I think you'll find in the month of Feb it's actually GMT but right enough it's just turned 1pm GMT along with the rest of the UK. There is no time split on a island no more than 600ish miles long and 400ish miles wide and based on the timeline of greenwich which is Greenwich Mean Time(GMT). :-)

Yeah I hate the tattoo cornrowas aswell abit annoying but I'll just wear the Pogo mask till they sort it.

Heists will be out with update 2.0 on the 18th February.

Every in Scotland knows that. Be patient, it's only a week to go.
