Legit vs glitched

IMO this is completely stupid from people to think their legit earned things are like better because MOST of those who show off their legit sh*t grind Coveted over and over again. I don't want to say those people are stupid, just the thing they do is. I myself don't do lots of missions... When I need money, I hunt down armored trucks and sell Ballers, it works for me.

 

Of course, there are also those people who just do the missions they like quite often and get their cash without even trying

 

I do not want to defend glitchers, it's just stupid to be proud of something by spending endless amounts of time doing the same thing over and over again while you can get the exact same result without punishment for less time. (ok you do boring stuff repedetly but I think you get my point on this one)

 

At the end, both the "legit" and the glitching players can enjoy their cars or Pegasus vehicles in free roam, the only difference is the time spent on achieving these things.

 

If every glitcher would get punished, then I of course would think the other way, but now as it is, it's just better to glitch your money to a reasonable extend.

 

 

TL;DR:

Grinding is as boring as glitching, it just takes longer

 

 

 

 

I'm wondering if you guys think in a similar way like me...

i did receive unwanted glitched money before the moneypocalypse though

R* deliberately made the prices of items in game absurd to make their cash cards more attractive, so I can either give in and buy a cash card or find a way to glitch money....but I am never going to earn the amount of money that I need to get the things I want in the game through legit means before I get bored of this game. Not that I have accomplished much with glitching, I am lvl 51 and have sold 1 car glitched in from single player...I think my total earnings are around 3 million.

I'm curious to know, how do think that repeating a mission is glitching? There's a big difference between someone bringing in cars to sell in MP from SP to reapeating some missions over again to get the money.

 

Agreed that some come on here and show off about it but as much as some people don't like it, it's not really glitching

I am also confoooosed... Methinks yer talking about "Farming" for cash/RP. Glitching would be things like duping vehicles and selling them for $$$. Or bringing things in from SP etc...

I didn't say that repeating a mission is glitching, what I wanted to say was :

If you are willing to make millions for dollars for whatever reason, you'd be better off glitching it because playing the mission over and over again without even having fun is just a huge waste of time.

 

if Rockstar would ban EACH glitcher, I of course would think differently, but at the moment, glitching is just better no matter how sad it sounds... (If you're in for the profit only)

yeah legit seems to mean playing a mission over 100 times because it's just so much fun

There are lots of little exploits in the game that people don't mind using, and you are pretty much insulting all of them including teleporting, single player vehicles, and maybe even pressing square to restart a mission since the option doesn't show. If someone gets a firetruck to kill someone in passive mode, is that a glitch or did Rockstar put that in on purpose? Only they can really say.

 

And to call an entire population worthless pieces of crap for something so petty, you are really being very narrow minded. You don't know these people, and they might be hero's in their real lives who are just having fun in a video game.

 

Glitching and cheating are not the same thing. Some glitches can be exploited to cheat with, but other glitches are just bugs that people will learn for fun or other useful reasons that would not necessarily be defined as cheating. If a game like freemode can't be won or lost, why would it matter if someone teleports across the map to save time? What are you really cheating other than the clock?

 

I don't mind when glitches are looked down on, but there are better ways to encourage legit play.

on the other hand if you are not in griefing... you will get bored fast using glitches to obtain certain goals... sometimes i log in and don't know what to do after i spawn in the middle of LS... no goals left : /

Funny because at first I didn't notice Coveted gave this much cash. I only did it to get 2 ranks. Then I noticed that I had 250K in my pockets.

 

By the way legit stuff was always better than cheater stuff. Legit stuff is like normal muscles that you trained for years and cheater stuff is like the tons of steroids you used to get some muscles. It will always end up in an heart attack.

My character is 100% legit, level 104, fully stocked and upgraded garage and 1.2 mil in the bank. I never did Coveted more than twice in a row. I do all missions that pay over 15k, that does mean I've done the same missions over and over, but I don't think it's boring because I keep finding new ways to complete them faster or in cooler ways.
