~Tiger~ Posted February 11, 2014 Share Posted February 11, 2014 Moving on from the numerous topics asking what there is to do once the missions have been completed and the collectibles collected, maybe it would be inspiring to share what else we've found to do in the SA world. Doesn't have to be amazing new discoveries, just a diary entry of what you did or where you went. So, today I found a tiny island near Gordo lighthouse, I managed to land my helicopter on the top of the big bridge in LS and I took lots of arty photos with my phone camera...... ....how about you? killahmatic Posted February 11, 2014 Share Posted February 11, 2014 Wasted time until my 10 days in the epsilon robe were over, then flew their plane for them to the sandy shores airfield. Then I took Franklin in a buzzard to check out the thelma and louise scene for the first time. after they jumped, I blew up the cops, headed the train bridge, parachuted onto a train and lost the cops in the tunnel headed north. When I got to Paleto Bay, I found a semi with trailer, so I stole it, put 6 bombs on the trailer, brought it to the prison, unhooked it near 5 cops and drove away as I blew them up. It was pretty cool when I realized I could use trailers as a way to get a bomb near cops without them realizing it until its too late. All in all, I'd say it was a pretty productive day. 98 in 1 Posted February 11, 2014 Share Posted February 11, 2014 Extreme chicken. Grabbed a Blazer (ATV) as Franklin in Sandy Shores, and went to the freeway. Drove into oncoming traffic whilst shooting at as many drivers as possible. Lasted around 7 minutes thanks to his special ability. To put it as eloquently as possible, sh*t is fun as hell yo. Then I flew all the way out to the ocean with my buddies and we stole this super weapon but nooooo we had to give it back. After that I had to play FIB bitch again and steal some files or something from an armored car. Plus I got a little angry and went on a rampage. No going over the speed limit, no crashing into other cars, stopping at red lights, etc. some people might find doing this boring, but I really enjoy it for some reason. Jizzle2014 Posted February 11, 2014 Share Posted February 11, 2014 Took my brand new entity out for a test drive to go pick up my son jimmy to take him out for darts but I crashed within 10 seconds and died, also found out you can hang out with trevor Franklin and lamar at once not just michael trevor Franklin so Franklin took his homies out to grove street but sadly lamar didn't have a parachute when we dove out of the chopper and he got hurt. Then while shooting up grove street I, Franklin got attacked by a dog and trevor didn't do anything and let me die. The next morning I , trevor took michael out to sandy shores and got him in my tank and picked him up in my cargobob. Switched to michael and flew around shooting the tank at people. It was awesome exept you can't aim for shyt while flying. Then I found a rat loader took it back to michaels and put it in his garage but then trevors tank spawned outside michaels house so i put it in mikes garage and it crushed the rat loader and glitched out and the fire department was called. Couple of side missions as well and few online sessions. Nothing great, just good gaming fun, though I seriously miss playing GTA on PC, it'll be soo much better. Can't wait for it. Gdog Posted February 11, 2014 Share Posted February 11, 2014 1. submarine ride. 2. sorted out each characters cars/boats/planes/helicopters. won't go into whos got what. 3. went on a rampage as michael. 4. punched someone off their bike and cycled up mt chilliad. drove the bike off the little ramp and parachuted down to paletto bay. 5. went parachuting. i went to LS and went as high as i could go in a helicopter. i jumped out and went as fast as i could. it's absolutely amazing just free falling at those speeds and flying right between all the skyscrapers then pulling the chute as late as possible. Strength Posted February 11, 2014 Share Posted February 11, 2014 (edited) I got the transition scene with Trevor in black Cuban 800 so I decided to go on a cinematic flight over the state to admire the view and scenery. So I was flying near the Hookies bar and decided to land on the beach near the bar and mess around with the Lost MC a bit. After I landed two guys passed by me on the quad and Sanchez (there was some beach race going on) and two women was jogging to the top of the highway. So I was provoking them a bit to cut the time walking and after I went to Hookies I got into the fist fight with the girl from the Lost that pulled a knife on me. I successfully kicked her ass, while two more guys with the knifes joined on the fun. So I beat them up too while the last of the ancient breed pulled the guns on me and started to shoot. After I executed them all, the police arrived on the scene, so I run pass them to the beach to catch my flight out of there, but the bastards were persistent so I executed around six of them, entered the plane and started slowly to take off, with the hard time of doing that because of the Police helicopter that was constantly shooting on my plane and cop cars that almost hit me in the rear of the plane and reversed my course into the sea. After I finally evaded the three stars in the air, my right engine blow up and I barely menaged to land the plane on Sandy Shores airfield just before my engine completely died on me. With Michael I went scuba diving for hidden packages that did not showed up in their locations (WTF?). Just one of them. So after diving for other packages I encounterd a shark near Zancudo, which I successfully killed with a knife (I founded a perfect method to kill the sharks with a knife, but you need to be very fast in the right moment. You won't get many of these ). After a few minutes another one came when I was searching the ship near Zancudo, so I killed it again, but with the third one I was not so lucky. I menaged to knife him once, but the bastard dove below me after I missed it second and third time and had me for breakfast near Mount Gordo. With Franklin I did the final parachute jump on Paleto Bay pier and didn't save the game after. Guess I'll have to do it all over today again. So I went for a long walk with him, went around, killed some cops, got killed back. Did rampages alonside Trevor and Franklin as Michael, Still doing my challenge for 100% completion in GTA V. The one building near the hospital, I'm not sure if it's supposed to be city hall or what, but the clock tower on it is ideal for sniping. I had to parachute up there though. There's rooftop access, but no clocktower access from the ground. Was killing innocent citizens till I got up to three stars, then turned my attention to the police. Shot a few of the choppers down with the Sniper. I then foolishly decided to do some epic Die Hard sh*t and try and parachute off the tower to escape.
