Cheaters Pool?

Can you get put into the cheaters pool from many people reporting you or does Rockstar have to see it for themselves if you are really cheating?

I think they use some sort of system to detect that since it'd be hard for them to actually investigate each and every report individually. I've been hearing lists of complaints about people getting send to CL without even cheating since some are just reported with no evidence whatsoever. Something needs to be sort quick

If R* was smart, (subjective) they'd have a detection method to pin cheaters on a series of red flags, reports or not, that sends them to the cheater pool. Then have the bad sport pool seperate for the players with piles of negative reports and bad sport points. Even then, though, they should have a system in place to sort out report abuse.

*sigh* exactly why i haven't played for a month,don't want to be Bad sport/banned for someone gettin butthurt. Mayb next patch will fix it all? mayb....Please!!!
