Add me and I'll set some mercs on you no problem.


Alternatively just do the mission where you have to crack the safe in the warehouse at the Merryweather docks and end it whilst in the Mesa. Generally that's the best way to choose whether you want hardtop or open too.

Or do the night time gang attack on the beach west of Zancudo. Both the roof and non roof version spawn there together.

call mercenaries on someone, followe that player til the mercenaries get to him, steal one of their cars.

Yep you can do the gang a track thats on the west side of fort zancudo as said above, but the far itself is not that great, rolls a lot :/. Only good thing is the roll cage
