Well I have a hard time accepting that any self respecting human over the age of 13 would use the term 'butthurt', but otherwise it's just a quality control thing really. This is amateur work, man. Panz
Surround yourself in an environment where everyone else is motivated. For schoolwork, I hit the library or work in a public place where I'd feel weird if I slacked off. Coffee shops are good because people are generally focused there. For exercise, find a running buddy or someone to go to the gym with, or just go to the gym yourself. If you're at all worried about what others think of you, chances are, you'll work just a little bit harder there than you would if you were alone or at an empty park. GTA_stu
I'm more on the demotivator end of the spectrum. gtamann123
I have no motivation to do anything and just embrace it. I can l itterally just stay in the house and do nothing all day. My job us really slow right now so I havent been working much so I basically just soend all day sitting around the house and its heaven for me. I dont get why some people need to be constantly doing something to be happy. Im the exact opposite and am at my happiest when im in the most sedentary of states WBaker and high91
EphemeralStar
For homework I get motivated by becoming productive first thing when I wake up, otherwise I lay around in bed all day. So, I'll start off by accomplishing little things that I need to get done like laundry and tidying up. It's super important for me that my room is clean and that I have a good environment to work in, so if my room really needs a good cleaning then I will do that. I also like to light a good candle and get some yummy snacks and then I'll get started. As for working out, it's more of discipline to get yourself started in a new routine and then it's easy! I also get myself motivated by looking up new workouts/exercises and healthy meal ideas. In addition, I follow some fit-inspiring people on instagram and youtube that get me motivated. It also helps me to plan out my day by writing down what I'll be doing at what time.

Maybe I could go for a run after school.Well for starters identify your poor habits and cut out 'maybe' altogether. You're lazy because you say maybe and bargain with yourself ie, I want to go the gym, but must get fitter first. Make a conscious decision to get up, the second you read this post and go and run. Or start that bit of work you need to do. Do it. Nothing motivates you except yourself, so start building good habits. As Panz said, surround yourself with motivated people, that is a good habit. Cut out the self-compromise, that is a good habit. Start immediately, not at a non-descript time in the future, that is a good habit. It is difficult at first but you build, and build these habits and you will become a driven person and they will be second nature. But it starts by honestly admitting to yourself your own laziness and short comings. Finn 7 five 11
Acehilm
Let me tell you something you already know. The world aint all sunshine and rainbows. Its a very mean and nasty place. And I dont care how tough you are. It will beat you to your knees and keep you permanently there if you let it You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life, but it aint about how hard you hit, its about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward, how much you can take and keep moving forward. Thats how winning is done Now if you know what you are worth, go out and get what you are worth, but you gotta be willing to take the hits and not pointing fingers, saying you aint where you want to be because of him or her or anybody. Cowards do that, and that aint you. Youre better than that ~Coat. Edited February 11, 2014 by Coat. Shah Sam

Osho
First and foremost, I will strive toward having disciplined life style. Also, socialise more, travel or make a habit to spend at least 3-4 hours being outdoors, active and not alone rather engage in having talks or things to discuss. By having activities with clear cut ambitions, and at the same time make a habit to accept more responsibilities, that will certainly help you to get motivation and be one so people can look up to you. Lombard Direct
Do a f*ckton of excercise. Log your excerise and improve every time. Use them endorphins to get you through homework. The sense of satisfaction of being able chest press those higher dumbells should give you enough happiness to make homework less sh*t.
