Lol, well you cant own it but, definitely a police car...wanted levels are a bitch if you dont wanna drive across half the city. It messes with other players so hard, everyone thinks and checks twice before even just aiming at one. It even conceals you more if the target happens to have a wanted level and are trying to run and not rampage.

Where do I find Franklins Car? Btw, Coming on topic, Get a bike or a 4x4. If you get a bike its easy to get pass traffic and small lanes. In a 4x4 you and your mates can go together for the hunt.

Lots of good suggestions but very little that would fool me if they weren't spawning currently - I'd spot a Sultan in Central Los Santos a mile off because they don't spawn there.

Exactly what I was thinking. With that said though, I think that's why the Stanier is a solid choice. I would only think twice about seeing one if I was out of the city. Otherwise, I wouldn't be surprised, even if it was West Vinewood or Del Perro.
