They don't fix it because it doesn't directly affect Cash Cards.

R* only fixes glitches that directly cost them real life money.....

As a matter of fact, this glitch actually favors R*. Someone might waste a ton of ammo (rockets, grenades, etc..) trying to kill someone who can't be killed and ammo can get expensive... which means over the course of millions of people.... some are bound to buy those Cash Cards because they have spent so much money on ammo and have no in-game money left.

THAT is why R* doesn't fix it.

There is a difference between running a business and making a hefty profit on your product compared to just being plain greedy touch-holes

They fixed the glitch that allowed players to store and insure police vehicles. If anything that reduced the likelyhood of cash card purchases.

Also, they reduced the cost of medical bills.

They also gave you cash for racing alone. Gave you cash for being on the losing team and gave you cash for failing missions.

They also fixed a glitch that stopped players being over charged for a full grenade Launcher refill when only needing 1 shell.

They have made a lot of changes that effect economy in ways that do not favor cash cards but he specifically said glitches...so the grenade one counts.

Indeed.

The G.L one could save people thousands.

One shell costs $250 or being charged 5k for 1 lol.

I suppose you're one of those guys that hasn't done the math.. Pretty sure it would cost nearly $15,000US (or more, not gonna look at prices) to acquire one billion gta$... That isn't breaking into their wallets, it's breaking the f*cking game! If r* wanted you to buy a $15,000 shark card they wouldn't make the most expensive one 50 bucks or whatever... But no one was ever EVER supposed to acquire even 1 billion, and people had hundreds of billions (supposedly)... Think about it. The economy was literally BROKEN, why would they release heists and other sh*t before fixing that? If you really don't understand this by now, you probably never will..

And before anyone says "what economy? Lulz!"

...you know.. The one with banks, and jobs, stores, car insurance?? Yeaaaa that economy...

The economy where you have to win 10 races to afford a suspension upgrade on one car or an extended clip on one gun? The economy where the gracious services of a beautiful hooker cost much less than a clip of ammo? :colgate:

The economy where everything in GTA0 costs 5X to 10X what it costs in Single Player? Is that the economy you are talking about?

Stop the bullsh*t about rockstar not doing anything exept things affection cash cards.

If a game is broken and full of exploits people will stop playing, and with no players no cash cards.

The thing is that it is a feature that is in online and story mode with special features in missions so it is probably alot of code to verify before it is patched.

A simple solution would be to remove the feature of character select wheel in online but it is not that simple I'm affraid since that could break more that it fix.

However people using this and get reported get a cheater pool or other ban if they are reported. Saw a guy reporting someone with a crappy iphone video of the screen and the exploiter got punished by rockstar.

And how come they hasn't removed the Armor Truck bug?

Collected 200k in 30 minuts yesterday. That is $5 worth of cash cards!

This would be easy to fix if they just made spawning random on the map. IT would also fix greifersth

that would cause more problems, as they would have to drive all the way back

Has anyone at rockstar even commented about this? If so, can you post a link? Their lack of communication is frustrating. I put in a support ticket and private messaged them on facebook over two weeks ago... no response. :-\

Exactly, these money hungry arse wipes are only concerned with glitches if it affects the sale of their cash cards. [email protected] OP for thinking that Rockstar give a f*cking sh*t about their player base. Rockstar: 'f*ck anybody who bought our game. Buy our f*cking cash cards as well. Don't ask us to hurry with the heists or mission creators though, because you can all go and f*ck yourselves, you insignificant peasant c*nts, we have 2 billion dollars of your accumulated money. We have what we want, why the f*ck should we do anything that benefits you pricks now?' - This is how their actions would sound if they were put into words. True story.

I find people like you interesting. You hate the company so much, yet you find the time to come on a message board dedicated to the company and the game. I bet you still play the game as well.

I got an idea for you, put this site in your host file, so you are unable to access it.

I don't know. It's a more effective Passive Mode for me. I like it.

That gracious service from a beautiful hooker comes with the herps, that's why it's so cheap :p

One fix would be to not ask you if your sure you want to go to single player. Just do it. It would suck if you truely did not intend to but it would solve the godmode issue.

another "fix" along the same line would be to remove that feature altogether - as it's quite useful and needed when playing single player (switching between the SP characters) - I've yet to meet a person who needs to QUICK SWITCH from SP to GTAO - and back again (minus the glitch OP is bitching about).

Honestly - that may be the least inspired feature of this entire game - there's absolutely NO legitimate reason to quick switch between the two GAMES (and after all, it really is two games here, GTAV and GTAO).

There is, actually- to get to Invite Only, Solo Session and the like, you have to be in story mode.

It is definitely much faster to switch to a character rather than navigate the menu.

o Mr Punchy o

just use explosives on the players doing it if there on foot as they can't bring up the character wheel whilst being thrown through the air. easy kill.

Almost every lobby I am in now, half the room starts blinking. Sometimes they are blinking, and no one is even fighting.

It's annoying, still funny seeing them get their ass handed to them in a deathmatch though. I don't think I've seen anyone who does this glitch end up with more kills than deaths.
