Saving failed / Job failed to download

Hello everyone,

 

First time poster here.

i got GTA 5 on PS3

Now onto my problem: I seem to still be having some connection problems to GTA online.

When trying to get online, i mostly get the error: Rockstar cloud servers are unavailable but after just trying alot of entering the online it will finally load through and go online (not ideal though to keep spamming to get online)

When i'm online i will get the message that the saving failed due to the Rockstar services are offline or not reachable, mostly during this time i can not do any jobs as it keeps saying "Failed to download job, Try again later".

 

Things i have done to try and fix this mess.

Reïnstall update

Reïnstall GTA and then update

First update and then reïnstall GTA.

Opening the ports they mention on the forums.

As a final attempt i even given my PS3 a static IP address and put it in DMZ.

 

All of this and nothing seems to fix it.

So now i am wondering if someone here has a fix for this or that it's Rockstars side or mine/my ISP's problem.
