NPC's on Sunday!

So myself and 4 other crew members were screwing around on Sunday taking pics and doing weird ass stuff like me calling for an airstrike only to stand in the middle of it all while saluting to my death lol, or standing on cars and shooting them to blow ourselves up etc etc, mostly just parking our cars and taking pics, nothing hectic.

But for some reason the NPC's were crazy!!! even when not shooting and simply taking photos or standing besides the road chatting to each other minding our own business these NPC's were either on ACID or plain crazy!!!

our whole session was full of NPC's driving over us, hooting like crazy, swearing, ramming our vehicles to no end etc, it was something none of us have ever seen or experienced before, it was nuts, we all got driven over how many times and even died as a result when just standing around, there was chaos at every intersection or road we went to, even if we relocated the NPC's would go beserk on us, one NPC lady was even getting in and out of my PV car constantly, we were just watching this sh*t and laughing our asses off, we couldnt believe it, she must have got in and out of my car about 10 times before i slit her throat.

Anyone else experience this? never since online was launched and playing everyday thereafter have i seen this, it was like world war 3, you seriously feared for your life and vehicles being in a invite only session with only crew members and no other players lol, weird ass sh*t.

Does he have a level cap or something? My 194 main never sees him anymore while my 18 sees him everytime I load into the game or leave any activity. OT: I have seen this a couple times but always isolated, I've never had the crazies follow where ever I went. I would like to see it though.

lol it was sh*t crazy and irritating as we were trying to do some stuff instead of the usual races, DM's and freeroam but i must say, it was damn interesting to see and we did have a good laugh, these guys were ramming us and even other NPC's lol, i was so shocked i didnt think to video tape it ffs, wish i did and will if this happens again.

 

yeah we were originally at the Eclipse towers area, but it was so full of cars and people going crazy we moved up to around the LSC spot but they went beserk on us there too lol. weird ass sh*t but funny as hell when u werent getting knocked over by every damn car coming past lol, and that NPC trying to steal my entity, we laughed so much, she would get in, close the door, wait a second then get out, i think she realised i had the keys with me lmfao, but having oldzimers forgot about it and tried to steal my car again ha ha, thats the best thing ive seen in a while, im still laughing...
