Ok so I'm looking for some rare cars and would like some help getting spawn locations/techniques

We bump the topic regularly until someone sees one of these cars.

They send you a friend invite and you join their lobby.

 

You get the car.

You aren't going to find that Mesa spawning anywhere.. you got to request it from somebody in the Duping/Request threads in the Groups & Meetups section.

I dont do glitches or dupes, so that's out of the picture. Any info on the other two?

Phoniex you find at the docks

The surfer you find at Vespucci beach or online

The Mesa your talking about is a modded version and can only be duped or it does not spawn

Also can't be save edited in only the mw Mesa without cages can be edited in that way

If you looking for a Mesa with that suspension ur gunna have to find someone who has it can dupe it for you

And the kalaharia with no roof is modded and can only be duped or save edited in

actually number 1 can be aquired by buying it from the website over and over untill you get one with no roof

Hmmm, the Phoenix is a bit of a mystery in free-roam. You can play No Hay Bronca, and steal the gang leader's Phoenix before killing all of the gang members. I don't know where in that complex it's at, but it's there.

If you have someone make you a mw Mesa cage less you from a save editor you don't have to do any glitchs to get it in your garage cause its not a high end car And there not duping it

The Phoenix spawns more likely if you deliver Simeon a car in that session

That's how I got mine, delivery to Simeon, once I spawned outside two came rolling round the corner. Got a 7k bounty from the npc but it was worth it
