I tend to find this more-so from refreshing jobs than I do calling. I haven't seen Docks to Stocks 1 and 2 in days though, curious about that. Once he comes out, run over to him and proceed to beat the sh*t out of him with a melee weapon (Golf Club works the best) If that doesn't work, they may have patched it. If that fails then try going to the sandy Shores Airfield then request a job from Ron. Should be B-I or doing any mission Ron sends you. Lazysunday88 Posted February 10, 2014 Share Posted February 10, 2014 (edited) If you are the required rank to get the mission (you should be, it's only 27) then the problem is that you haven't completed one of his previous missions. Some missions require you to complete prerequisites in order to unlock them. R* should give us this information. But they don't, so you have to guess. My best guesses based on my own experiences, are to try and complete Turbine Carbine, Daemon Run, or Crank Up the Volume. I believe it was one of those that I went back and completed at rank 70 or 80 something and boom, instantly Ron called me with Base Invaders. Note: Even if you have completed all missions, sometimes it's worth it to go back and do one you haven't done in a while because for whatever reason sometimes the game thinks you haven't finished it. This usually happens after a patch. After a patch I will do missions I haven't done in a while and sometimes I will get the full payout instead of the reduced one for a repeated mission. So you might have to go back and "re-unlock" some missions by redoing previous ones, basically. To summarize, I can almost guarantee your problem is that the game thinks (whether true or not) that you have not completed one of Ron's or Trevor's (some of their missions seem to be linked together) previous missions. Also, calling Ron will only give you missions you have previously completed. It says so right in the text on the screen when you call him. You're thinking of something else. Plenty of people have been doing this mission. Though it's more of a tactic than a glitch. I just want to reach level 70 to combat these 5 year olds with tanks. Some people get the mission quite often, and if someone could try and get it and invite me I'd be grateful is all I'm saying. Coveted doesn't have spawning enemies. B-I with a Buzzard is a hoot. Los Sanots Connection is another one you can RP with a Buzzard btw.
