What is R* working on currently?

I think the reason they dont announce stuff is because alot of their content can be exploited.

 

It's funny because moist exploits are done by going to the PS store where their shark cards are located.

 

Anyway the game is a bit like a scene from a cartoon...a character is in a sinking boat which has holes in the side...as soon as they plug one hole, another appears. It's the same with R*, as soon asa they patch one exploit they open up another.I believe this is what theyre working on.

 

They don't want to announce anything because chances are it will be broken...and if it is broken then they probaby won't put it out as DLC.

 

 

Also, SPERM WHALE CARDS, because they f#*k your wallet.

I've only logged on to sell cars or mess with ones I like in the past week. Other than that this game is dead. Here's hoping they bring some content that brings me back. But I doubt it.

it's only been 4 months since GTAO was launched and you're already burnt out on this game? you need to enjoy the outside life more or gain some hobbies.. I play this game regularly and am nowhere near burnt out, then again I don't play for hours on end day after day..

Would a company pay employees to do nothing? No. They will be working on dlc to create more revenue, as well as debugging to prevent exploits that hamper the potential revenue.

 

Why are they being 'secretive'? So they are not making any further promises they may struggle to keep, thus preventing people complaining that releases are late.

Supposedly they have been aware and "working on" the mask balding issue since October, furthermore the cornrows tattoo bug since December.

I will hazard a guess you are still unable to store a titan in SP? Spawn point for it is off center causing it to explode every time or has this been addressed?

 

I personally can't see much evidence of anything, just recycled content and my map gets more and more cluttered with every piece of R* verified content.

 

Edit: How many game breaking elements such as wall breaches and other exploits have been around since basically launch, they should be all relatively easy fixes. Not for myself but for a team of experts sure, all that is maintained is the security of the "economy".

Reducing payouts, making everything more expensive, taking all your cars because they are launching a totally new driving system sometime "soon". taking weapons so we can prepare for all the shiest and the new weapons it will bring. taking away planes and boats and heli's...

 

On a more serious note, its the biggest selling game of all time. with millions of people using online all the time doing different things and interacting with millions of different peds and cars and environments. give them a break its only 4 months.

I swear, the CIA needs to have a word with R*. I cannot believe nothing has been leaked, they must have some killer incentive for their employees to keep schtum.

 

It's been so long without any word, what I can't understand is, if they are releasing heists, mission creator, new missions.... whatever, why are they not advertising it? Surely their business model has deadlines and SLA's, they must know when the eta of their own content is due. I simply can't understand how they benefit from treating their fan base so poorly, all they are getting from it is hundreds of people giving up and moving on day by day.

 

Perhaps they are just creating a script for a film on the most successful scam of all time

^ There's just not much to do with this beautiful world they gave us. Free roam needs to be fleshed out so it's not just a free for all deathmatch, and we need some more missions. Heists alone will not be enough to hold the player base here.

 

I could go on, but it's all been said before.

Who knows? Maybe they're finally bunkering down & realizing that all their previous petty updates have caused more negative feedback then anything else...therefore are planning to surprise us with something major this time through? Then again, they could just be pissed at the community..but in all seriousness, R*'s main game is secrecy so any way you look at it - it's all speculation in the end.
