GTA V: All my missions vanished?

I completed Father/Son, so my next missions should be Marriage Counselling and Chop, but there are no icons on my map and whenever i turn up at Franklin or Michael's house, nothing happens, no yellow marker or cutscene, nothing. I've driven round for days are nothing has changed. Anyone else experienced this problem?

It is relatively common for this to occur... But doesn't affect everyone.

 

I had my game do this after i had 100%... I wasn't getting any random events or property missions and it lasted over a month... Then one day, after exiting GTAO... It fixed itself.

 

Since you are early in the game, i would start a new game.... To work around this if it occurs again... Do the following.

 

1. Turn off auto save (manually quicksave going forward).

 

2. Utilize 3 save slots for your current game progress... Everytime yoh save, save in the 3rd slot down (which will move it up to the top). Save after each mission completed and always let the game finish saving before exiting the game.

 

3. Every 5 to 10% of completion, start a new save slot and let one of your 3 current saves move down.. This will be a place keeper save, in case you ever need to go back to an old save.

 

If you follow the above advice, you will be glad you did if you encounter this again...
