As the title suggests this thread is about the jb700,

 

Is it worth getting in terms of speed and such? I like the looks and know the gadgets dont work but would it keep up with my other sports cars such as elegy and sultan?

 

Id like a new car but dont want it to bd slow :)

Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks.

I myself like the JB700 but the problem is the Guns spoil the look of the car even if they don't work. That being the saddest part, Go for it if you want to keep it as a Collectors Item. If I was you, I would get a Monroe instead or a 4 door Coupe. :)

If you are talking about supercars like Entity or Cheetah, No. JB700 cannot keep up with those cars. It may turn out to be fast like the Feltzer or Sultan RS. I only drove the JB once and didn't like it. It all up to you mate, If I had one in my garage I would have given it to you for a Test Drive. Let me know if you are looking for other vehicles, I might be able to give you a test drive.

Nah not too fond of the supercars and I find it easy to out manoeuvre any chasing me ^^ just want it to be as fast as my sports ones. Think im going to get it just for pure awesome looks. :)

The JB has pretty poor performance in terms of handling, so if you want a good sports classic, get a Monroe, which is the best, or a Stinger/Stinger GT.

It sucks. I got it cause I like the look of it in my garage next to my other classics and luxury cars. And I only keep it because I've dropped so much money into modifying it. Also it's the James Bond car, so you gotta.

 

But it is the worst car in my garage. It's slow and it spins out more than any other car I have. I even prefer driving my Sand King over it.

 

If they introduced another classic car I liked, or I could get the Hotknife in my garage, I would drop the JB700.

If you like James Bond, you'll love it. It's not really a fun car to drive though due to the awkward handling.

 

I have one in my garage, but I just cruise around with it in my James Bond suit. I don't really take it on missions or anything like that.

I recommend the Monroe as well. Yeah, the JB700 is unique, but it will never hold a torch to the Monroe and Z-Type in a race.

JB is not really that slow but is takes sometime to build up speed(not mod-ed yet), and cornering is acceptable.

I dont use this car for mission that need to catch up some other car, and mostly in Freeroam too.

Apart from driving the JB700 in the SP mission, I wouldn't know much about it. The guns that stay on it ruin the look of the vehicle, personally. However, a JB700 with the '4GENT' LP and a nice paintjob with your online character in a fitting suit would be a good look and make up for it.

I agree with that, that's why I drive my carbonizzare more then my XF

XF is good, but I like car slide a little bit more

which XF have crazy traction like running on a track

Go back to SIngle Player, turn off Auto Save, buy the cars you want to try. That's the best advice I can give.

 

Another method: Go to race, select the vehicle type you want, select JB700 for example, go to race alone, drive around the map abandoning the checkpoints.

JB700 was the first expensive car i worked my ass off for and never sold it since. Awesome car when fully modded but the handling is for drivers who like a challenge as it's pretty much primitive. Works perfect for me though since i love drifting through corners. If you're on ps3 and want to test a fully modded jb700 let mw know.

JB700 with the license plate 'BMT216A' ;) Brilliant fun to drive about due to the fact that it goes where it wants which means you have to keep alert. Not a good car to be in a chase with though, go with a Monroe for that. Either way Monroe or JB700 = 11/10
